What a lovely property in the the best spot in Palermo. I walked through the city so many times and hands down this is the place to be. The room was so spacious, tastefully laid out and I felt so safe and comfortable there. Breakfast on the terrace was great with a lovely view of Palermo from above. The staff are polite and accommodating. Don't think twice, book it.

I was a bit worried because my flight arrived a little later in the day and the check in window is a bit tight but they were very accommodating in the end and it was no issue at all. Just something to consider ahead of time.

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable (the best we had in Sicily). The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the abundance of fruit available. There is an amazing terrace to have breakfast, including an accessible rooftop with great views. The location is superb, close to all main attractions, whilst also finding peace and tranquillity. Palermo's main central station (trains and buses) is a 10/15 minutes walk making the airport/day trips very accessible. The hosts, Federica and Ilenia, were both superb. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Palermo in the future.

The building's main entrance door can be a little difficult to unlock, but after a few attempts we had always managed to get in. Additionally, the sound of the water pipes when using the shower/toilet can be a bit unsettling at first.

Very stylish decor with the luxury feel of a more expensive hotel. Comfortable bed and room tidied (bed made etc) each day. Good facilities in the room, including kettle and fridge, soap, shampoo, towels and even bathrobes and slippers. Very central location and the building is a very nice and historic. Very good breakfast with lots of choice, including a choice of pastries, bread and homemade jams, cheese & ham, fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt, granola, juices and hot drinks. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The host sent lots of information, both regarding access to the property and attractions in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants.

The whole residence was beautiful and clean, the rooms were spacious and the linens and towels lovely and soft. The staff were very kind and happy to help with anything! Location was fantastic and felt very safe. Nice to have GF options at breakfast!

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast could have had slightly more of what was on offer so you didn’t feel like you were taking it all eg. Only 4-5 pieces of cheese or salami so taking 2-3 felt glutinous).

As Italian breakfasts go, it was more than adequate. Location to the Old City and restaurant/bars was perfect. History of the building, neighbours, architecture and charm were wonderful, providing you are not looking for a corporate environment. Roof is one of the highest in Palermo and you can even have your breakfast up there.

The bathroom is constructed within the bedroom separated by a partition wall. This is not a purpose built hotel - it's a converted palazzo and had to be that way. Odour may be a problem if two people are staying.

The location of the B&B was great, very central and making everything accessible by foot. The staff was really nice and helpful, allowing me to access the room earlier and to leave my luggage the last day to let me enjoy the city a bit more without carrying it. Thank you again for the great stay!

Due to the central location, some people were loud in the street at night, but that only happened one evening and has nothing to do with the management of the place by the staff! It's a tradeoff for being in a central place.

The room and hosts were excellent. Bed really comfy, 2 types of pillows to choose from, spacious closet nook and the room was tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean too. I loved the terrace where you can have a breakfast if weather allows. They have a decent variety of pastries as well as savoury options. The property is located in historical centre where you can walk to most attractions and restaurants. Erica was so kind to send me a lovely guide of Palermo and made my stay really enjoyable.

Fantastic place to stay - located in the heart of Palermo near bustling and popular bars and restaurants (literally on the doorstep) and yet you can escape all the noise at quite and cozy Dimora. B&B is located on the last floor of the old building which is still inhabited and you can experience the locals’ life. Beautifully renovated, traditional with modern twist interiors. The best part is the terrace where you can seep your morning coffee with the view of whole of Palermo. I’ve stayed in Sibilla do Borgogna room which was spacious with really comfy bed. USB sockets by the bed are very useful. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially home made orange and lemon jams. Erica and Ilenia were very helpful and went above and beyond to made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Lovely place and I would stay there again.

The location of this B&B is excellent; it is located just around the corner from a nice piazza with a pretty church and restaurants, and is easily walkable to Palermo Centrale train/bus station and most of the main historic sites. My room was comfortable and very clean. The option to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace was especially appreciated for those, like me, who want to be extra cautious about Covid-19. Erica, the innkeeper, was easily contactable by WhatsApp throughout the day and gave me some great restaurant recommendations--one of my favorites, Scolapasta, is on the piazza near the B&B. A couple perhaps lesser known sites worth checking out from this location are La Magione church and cloister, a 5 min. walk from the B&B, and the botanical garden, a little farther.

This place was so dreamy, if I didn't enjoy Palermo so much I'd have happily stayed in the room the whole time! The room was so comfortable, beautifully designed, so clean, and had everything we needed. The room came with it's own large separate bathroom with a big bath, etc. The room had aircon, the bedding was the softest, and we had a beautiful balcony in the room. The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the breakfast included was great too! We were also able to keep our bags there during the day after check out. It was ideally located in the old part of town, everything you need and want to see within easy walking distance. The building beautiful and there's a shared roof terrace for a spectacular view which was perfect for our final night in Sicily.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like about this place - just wish I could have stayed longer!
