Exceptional in every way. Location is just perfect, just around the corner from the train / metro station and right in the midst of the lively and lovely old town. The building is old-style but the b&b has just been renovated and everything is brand new with many works of art scattered around casually. The room was spotless, perfectly insulated and air conditioned. The host made me feel at home and made my stay as pleasant as could be. I strongly recommend it

It was clean and in a central location.
It was hot in the bedroom and A/C was not operational due to it not being high season, so not hot enough ( the owners words not mine! ) when we opened the bedroom window the sound of other peoples A/C was too loud and kept us awake, how ironic!!

The building was beautiful and clean. The location was close to the Palermo Centrale main train station, and a short walk to the historical old town. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was even a little terrace we could sit on overlooking the street. The bathroom and showers were very nice. We loved everything!

because of the location, some days it might be loud outside, so it takes a bit planning with air conditioner to get the good temperature for a comfortable sleep with closed windows on a hot day

The AUSA Suites is easily accessible from the Palermo central station and at a 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with and everything is organised quite well. We had a lovely stay.

The place is very elegant and everything is new and fully functional. The venue is great and located in the city centre, close to everything. The rooms are beautiful and week furbished. Is not far from Piazza Magione where you can find and easy spot to park your car. The hosts are very nice and helpful. It is lovely to have a chat with them in their amazing lobby.

The room was really lovely. I felt quite at home, with this place serving as a great base from which to explore Palermo. Close to the train station and a few minutes walk away from an array of bars and restaurants. I would definitely come back.

There was a weird noose at night (we believe neighbour's AC) that was annoying for light sleepers.
