Room in a very authentic warm building. Location is great and we could park the car in the same street. We would also like to thank the girl who made us the breakfast. Super friendly and helpful. Also 10 for her job. We will be happy to come back again Check in was fantastic, with a code Thank you to the owner too !

Not really a negative point, rather a point to other guests. Even Sicily is very south in Europe, all sleepingrooms are heated, even in the night. We are not used in South-Spain, we were woken up by the heat, but we could immediately stop the heating Our fault of course. In the south only seen air conditioning. In Sicily they have both systems, airco and normal heating.

our bathroom was right on the other side of the b&b so we needed to cross past everyone else to get there.

We never thought we could get such a spacious clean place nearby the central train station. We intended to left our baggage in the property when we arrived Palermo in the morning but the staff, Nadia told us the room was ready for us and we could check in. The room and the en-suite bathroom were spacious and clean. Nadia was a helpful charming friendly lady. She helped us to carry our baggage to the room and gave us some good suggestions to avoid ZTL in the city. Another staff Simone was helpful and nice too. The breakfast served was very good too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

There was no elevator in the building, use staircase.

Staff was really helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I thought all staff members were really friendly and helpful. The mattress was comfortable and the bedsheets were good quality cotton. Initially we booked a really large room with an outside private bathroom, but before our arrival we were upgraded to a room with an en-suite bathroom. The new room was smaller in size, but the bathroom was inside. Once we saw the layout of the place it worked out much better to have an en-suite bathroom. It was great that there was a small kitchen area that you could use during the day or in the evening.

There was a bit of noise in the morning with breakfast being served. You got a gentle, natural wake up call at around 7.45 when staff arrived.

Perfect accommodation for a good price. Very comfy and super clean room, comfortable beds with fresh bed linens. Very nice freshly served breakfast a la carte, good coffee, friendly staff. Safe to leave the luggage at the premises after check-out. Good location just 1 minute from the Central train station (but you do not hear the trains). Walking distance to all "must see" places. I would come again.

Just a tiny remark - bit traffic noise from the street in the late evening and some noise from the water pipes in the room. But nothing dramatic.

Located centrally, a few minutes walk from the central bus / train station. Check-in was smooth, friendly staff, super clean. All facilities (Wifi, water, etc) worked well, they also had a nice breakfast set up. They have self check-in & check-out which was perfect as we had to leave very early for our flight.

The air conditioner was unfortunately a bit too loud, but we needed it as we stayed over in middle of July when Sicily is very hot.

Staff are just lovely here. They are so welcoming, so polite and always willing to help. The rooms are super clean, the breakfast is perfect and the rooms are all you need.

We were placed in the first room closest to the door. It was the worst night sleep as we could hear people coming and going from the hotel all night. We spoke to the staff member about it who immediately found a solution for us. Thank you for much!

Great location literally just across the road from the train station and close to some lovely bars and restaurants. The self check-in instructions I was sent were very clear. The B&B and the bedroom were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated - modern but warm and welcoming. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly - they were there every morning from breakfast until 1pm. They also made our bed for us when we were out - very nice of them, but I apologise if we left it a bit messy as we were not expecting it! Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

The air coming from the air conditioner had a strange smell but that resolved after keeping it on for a while. Sound travelled well so you could really hear anything going on outside the room/ on the floor above/ in the bathroom next door.

The room was spacious, and clean. The breakfast was a fresh croissant every morning with eggs cooked to order. There were assorted sides of fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, juices, teas, barista coffee, etc. The B&B is just a short walk from the bus and train stations, but noise and quality of air was no issue at all. We had a very enjoyable visit because we felt safe, secure and satisfied with our B&B.

There was nothing about our stay at B&B White that we did not like. We were very pleased with everything.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was lovely and included many options like eggs, bread, yoghurt, cakes, and of course fresh coffee. The location was right next to the Palermo central station and very close to the center, as well as attractions like the beautiful Villa Giulia garden and the Foro Italico waterside promenade.

The only thing was that it was a little bit noisy outside of the room in the morning when the first guests started having breakfast, since the whole bnb is a bit like a large apartment. But it did not bother us!
