eco Hotel Milano & BioRiso Restaurant

The breakfast was satisfying and it covers all kind of taste both savoury or the sweet tooth. For us the most thing that hit us in a positive way was the staff. They are very frienly, warm and willing to help out. Just to mention, my partner and I had both an early flight at different times and when I say early, I mean early....mine was at 0400. As we had paid for the breakfast we asked if they could prepare a take away box. They gave as a box each which was more than good to say the least. The location is very good connected with the metro line and close to a huge supermarket and a nice pizzeria. I am quite sure we would stay there again

Well, as most hotels is the sound from other rooms and common areas. To be fair on the hotel management, they did take extra steps and the rooms are covered with a sound proofing material, a small tip, try not to take the room close to elevator.

Very satisfied: room with single bed was small, but very comfortable and beautiful! Everything was very clean, staff was always friendly, helpful and smiling- absolute win! Food was delicious, breakfast buffet lovely!

The walls are very thin, so I heard my neighbour talking on the phone. My room was above the football field and the main street, which got loud at times too- closing the window did not help. Also the pressure from the showerhead was a bit too soft for my long hair, but since I didn’t signal it it was okay enough.

• Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice of food and hot & cold drinks. Also really appreciated the range of milk alternatives available. • Staff were always extremely polite and happy to help. • Room facilities were good and we always got a really good night's sleep! • Location was easy to find and close to the Metro, supermarket and a lovely little park. • General waste and recycling bins in the room. • Mini fridge in the room, plenty of mirrors for getting ready and a wardrobe with enough storage for our items. • Lovely clean rooms and hotel overall.

• We could hear the neighbouring rooms quite a lot in the evening, but everyone generally seemed to settle down at around the same time so it didn't really disturb our sleep! • The shower worked but was fairly close to coming off the wall. Could do with a little repair! • Bathroom was a bit crowded with the toilet and bidet right next to each other almost below the sink.

I stayed at the Eco Hotel Milano with my husband and our dog on 15.09.23, opting for the dinner bed and breakfast package in an economy room, which turned out to be an apartment in the adjacent building. (The hotel did remind us that we had booked this room without lift on confirmation of booking). Our apartment 802, was located on the 3rd floor, was spacious, clean, and comfortable and even had a large balcony overlooking the park, though the furniture had a bit of a vintage feel, reminiscent of staying with grandparents rather than the eco-conscious vibe we expected. A big thank you again to the gentleman who carried our luggage to our room and took us to our secure parking! One recommendation I have for the hotel is to inform guests traveling with dogs in advance about the restaurant's no-dog policy. However, they allowed us to dine in the bar area and delivered the food to us, which was a thoughtful gesture that worked well for us. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The meals were set menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and well-presented food (again thank you to the staff). We paired our meal with a delightful Italian bio Chianti, enhancing the overall dining experience.

There were a few issues, though. The bathroom's lighting could be improved, and some of the lights over the sink didn't work. It's worth noting that guests should be informed to switch on the hot water on arrival to ensure a comfortable shower (or have this done for them before arrival). Additionally, the shower head appeared to be in need of descaling. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay at Eco Hotel Milano was pleasant, primarily due to the friendly staff and the enjoyable dining experience.

This place was nice to stay for 5 nights (if you plan to spend most of the time outside and come back to the hotel just to sleep). The Hotel is close to Metro station (~15 minutes to Central Railway), big SuperMarket and nice cafe, where you can buy delicious croissants and great coffee for breakfast (El Cafe De Milan 2). The room was fine: not very big, but had all the needed things: own bathroom with a bathtub, small refrigerator and safe. Extra blankets if nights are cold. Reception works around the clock, so easy to check out early.

Area in general was pretty quiet but not very clean. WiFi was weak.

The stuff was very nice, the location was close to a metro station and some supermarkets. Also there is a very good pizza place at a street away from the hotel. The breakfast was good as well, the coffee tasted great. The room was enough for a couple, with AC, fridge.

The bad part about the room was that the bed was made out of 2 singles put together, and it was kinda annoying. Also, the noise coming from the other rooms is not really getting canceled by the walls. Transport takes a bit long to the central part of the city, 6-7 stations to Duomo.

Staff was reactive and professional. The room was quiet and clean, the bed very comfortable. Convenient bathroom. Professional room service. Breakfast was awesome, with good quality and choices. The neighborhood is very quiet. Location not far away from line M3, which brings you fast to Milano Centrale train station or to the center of Milano.

The bathroom of our room smelled like pee, I told the hostel staff that reacted right away. But we could still smell it a bit afterwards. Although it was very easy to commute from the hostel to the center of Milano, I would have appreciate to walk from the hostel to the center (my bad, since I didn't check the location when booking)

We had a room in the building next to the hotel, which was well explained while booking and just few steps away from the main building. You could easily park on the street (1.20e per hour between 8-13) cheaply, or use their small (had 3 places) but private parking in the inner courtyard (for 16e per day). The staff was very friendly and our room was warm and beds comfy. Coffee was good, we did not have the breakfast. A few minutes walk to the metro station and you get to the city in 15 minutes.

Only minus was that in our room was a lot of black hair and some things were dirty, so could have been a bit cleaner, otherwise all very good.

We had a room at the building next to the parking lot. Breakfast was great with a lot of vegan options. You have to order more vegan options at the front desk every evening if you want to. Close to the metro station with easy access to the city centre. Huge supermarket with local food nearby.

Our neighbors were smoking at the room apparently, so there was a cigarette smok at the corridor and in the bathroom. We stayed only two nights, so it wasn't such a problem.

Our stay at the EcoHotel Milano was amazing. The location is great, very close to the metro and bus station, there is a supermarket nearby as well. all the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever a possible request or question would arise. the room was cleaned very well and everything was perfect. we had an apartment since we did not choose the breakfast option, however we did have breakfast once and it was was more than enough to help start the day. it was fresh, tasty, plenty of options and mos importantly eco friendly. the apartment itself was well equipped, with a nice bed, tv, wardrobe, desk and a chair. the bathroom was really nice and fortunately the hand soap and shower gel and shampoo were provided. the apartment had a balcony too, which was a nice surprise. all in all, we had a great experience in here.

nothing
