Difficult to travel from Airport

The staff were 10/10 honestly. Cisse, the guy from the reception a.k.a Sadio Mane 2.0 was the top guy for me - super friendly, helpful and respectful. 10/10. He had a super good energy and very nice vibes. The other people from reception were also kind and helpful. Another guy from reception even borrowed us some coins for a vending machine to get some coffee, and we gave it back later on in the evening when we returned to the hotel, because we didn’t have any coins on us in the morning. The gesture meant a lot. He didn’t have to do it, but he was super kind and insisted to help. ♥️ The rooms were clean, the hotel is a bit far from the center or from the central station, but like 200m away from the hotel you could take both the bus or the tram, and in around 20-25 minutes you can get pretty much anywhere. 👌🏻

Breakfast is not included. The room was clean but some things looked a bit old and better in the pictures than in reality. For example, some of the furniture was scratched, the hair dryer went yellow from white, and stuff like that. But again, it would've been okay normally, it's not like a big minus or anything, it's just that considering the price was 400€ for 1 room 3 nights, not in a central area and with no breakfast included, you would expect the room and bathroom to be a bit more stylish.

The location is good, not very close to the metro lines but easily accessible by tram if you get off the train at the Maciachini metro stop, there is even a supermarket about two blocks from there. My room was large enough for me (individual traveller) and there's an elevator in case you don't want to use the stairs. I stayed for two days and my room was always made up when I returned. The staff was helpful with everything I needed and they even let me leave my lugagge there after check-out until I returned to pick it up and go the airport.

Wi-fi kept disconnecting and would take a while to reconnect. I don't know if it was my phone or their network. It was my only problem, but indeed a minor one that didn't ruin my stay.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. In the hotel there were many areas that you can use such as a pc (quiet) area that is very helpful if you have work to do. The hotel is not very close to the city center but there is a tram station only 1 minute away.

The shower was a little bit tiny. Also it was a little bit noisy in the morning. I woke up by the cleaning from next room. The breakfast room was noisy too, you could hear kitchen utensils being washed and they were very strict with the time: they removed everything from the buffet at 11am sharp.

The single room was extremely clean and modernly equipped. The receptionists were nice and open to any questions. The hotel has a modern and clean impression. The hotel is a few meters away from the tram stop, from where you can take tram no. 4 to the metro (Maciachini station). From there you have a direct connection in a few minutes in the center (Duomo station). There are restaurants and a Lidl supermarket around the hotel. I can't rate the breakfast, I didn't use it.

The room was cool (but not cold) even though the heating was turned on to maximum and the windows were closed.

This is the best value for money in Milan during the high season. Relatively well located: few metro and tram stations to get to Duomo, for a single ticket cost (2.2 euros). The tran station is right in front of the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and goes toe extra mile for your comfort. Last but not least, the breakfast is fabulous, for all tastes. Croissants are freshly made on site. This has the service value of a 4-star hotel for less than 100 euros a night.

We used this hotel during the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA 2022. It is a "short walk" from the Milano Greco Pirelli train station from where we went to Monza. The hotel is a short walk from the Niguarda Nord tram stop. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly and smiling. A short walk from the hotel is "Ristorante Pizzeria I 2 Fratelli Milano" they make great pizza and have excellent cooking. But there are more restaurants nearby and a LIDL store. I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel and the room were okay considering the prices. The tram station is 2 mins walk away. You can get to the city center in 25-20 mins. We had breakfast on our last day for 8 euro/person and it met our expectations. The staff was veery friendly and tried to answer every question of ours.

I asked for a quiet room, and they actually gave me a (really) quiet room. Sun light shielding at windows is perfect (shutters). Everything was so clean at arrival, I was given plenty of towels. Shower was very hot, and in the room there was all I needed. Many shops available nearby.

Few minor things could be improved. There is no way to change temperature setting in the room. Shower curtain is less comfortable than shower box - but it was perfectly clean. Unluckily surroundings are (nice but) dirty, i.e. there is a lot of garbage on the road. But this out of hotel's duties!

The room was cleaned perfectly, it is clean everywhere in the hotel. Breakfasts are good, basically everyday there is the same choice but it is what I like, so for me and my daughter it was fine. Service is also ok, anytime there was receptionist who could help us. We were really satisfied with everything. I visited this hotel a few times years ago and nothing has changed which is cool becasue always I can rely that the hotel offers perfect service.

The only little disadvantage was shower bath, or more precisely water - too hot or too cold, I must have played with water spigots always during the shower.
