Our stay in Cappuccino Vecchio was wonderful! The place has a beautiful garden and from the back yard you have a great view to a small canyon behind the city. The room was really spacious, clean and with a minimal yet elegant aesthetic(we were a family of 4). The people of the accommodation were really helpful and kind.
The location is good if you have a car (easy and free to park in front of the accommodation) but a bit far from the historic center. 20’ on foot

Donato, the host, is super helpful and nice. Rooms are clean and elegant, the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Great view on the valley from the terrace!

The bed was very nice. The room spacious light and modern. There was a beautifull garden. The place is very beautiful. The service unsatisfying.
No seating or launching arrangments in this beautiful garden or balcony. After 3 nights I was told if I want the room cleaned I have to pay extra. There was only plastic cutlery. And cups. Not even a knife or a glas forget about a plate. Just one cup for making tea or coffee. If this is the single treatment they should make also single arrangement for the cost. No hairshampoo no cuver for the duvet. I did ask for info for the bus and was told that there is no bus. Yet the bus is infront of the house. When I send on my ladt day a message to ask for help with ordering a txi it took more than 7 hours to get an unswer. Of course meanwhile I found help from people I met on the street they told me about the extreme good and easy to reach bus service. The host was anoid with me when I send the ms that I do not need the taxi anymore. Which after this ms she all over sudden ms me that she had booked for me. The place is super beautifull unfortunatly the service is bad. She smiles and offers help, but when you need help, there is no help. The croissants they leave in the room complimentary is a show, who knows how old they are.
