Very nice property, well maintained. My room was larger than I expected and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the small balcony that looked out towards the pool. While the location is convenient, there is nothing around the hotel, you must have a car.

The pool is big and nice. The gardens are well maintained. The hotel is clean. Breakfast staff were helpful.
Bathing cap policy in the pool was not signaled and either applied zealously or not at all. Staff at check-in were curt and at times staff were relatively unhelpful. WI-FI mainly unavailable, TV in one room wasn't functioning.

Looks nice when entering from the car park. Swimming pool should be nice during summer. Hotel could be a nice lactation but has some minors. However some nice local restaurants in the small city nearby.
Rooms are facing the dual carriage way and industrial zone instead of facing the quiet neighborhood. Noises all day and night, no chance to leave the window open. Aircon wasn't in operation so the room was damn hot during night. Room refurbishment is needed. Bathroom is pretty small with a tiny shower tub. Balcony is a nonsense. Breakfast room was in chaos. Tables not cleared, some dishes not refilled, not enough staff on duty. Spa was fully booked upon arrival.
