Bed and pillows super comfy and beautifully decorated rooms. Our room had a fabulous sun terrace and seeing as the weather was fab we made great use of this! Breakfast’s were excellent with a great choice and all the staff were superb in every area of the hotel. Ski lockers on the mountain are also a great touch.

The half board isn’t worth doing as not enough choice in the evenings food wise at hotel plus there are plenty of really lovely restaurants in town. The rooms share also on the smaller side for a 5 star hotel and quite expensive! The spa and gym areas are small and not worth paying for either, it should come as part of your room package - however the cold tub in the back was also a nice touch!

The hotel is Pet Friendly, with a supplement. They also provide a dog-sitter on request. Personnel was extremely kind and helpful. We stayed in room 219, lower floor, no balcony but a couple of chairs outside the glass door, back of the hotel's view, very little sun coming in during all day. Strong Chlorine smell, due to the nearby outdoor Spa. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. Cosy but essential Spa, with hot and cold pools and jacuzzi, excellent therapists for treatments.

nevertheless the amazing all-inclusive breakfast choices, fresh juices were a la carte.

Le Massif greatly exceeded our expectations... in all areas the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure our anniversary weekend was just perfect. The hotel is located only a couple of minutes walk to the Cable car which takes you up to the ski area, where you will find another part of the hotel called The Lodge in which are housed the ski lockers (and ski butler!) a lively bar and a restaurant. Wonderful not to have to lug skis up the mountain each day, like everything else in this hotel, so well thought out! A beautiful place which we hope to return to one day.

The breakfast was very good

When we arrived late on Monday night (gone 10pm) on our first night we ordered a club sandwiches and a glass of wine and the "club sandwich" was not acceptable it could at best be described as a toastie particularly as the bill came to about 50 euros for x2 glasses of wine and x2 "toasties". We also asked for a wine list and was told they did not have one as it was being changed. Small detail, the design and lighting of the room was exquisite the only thing we lacked was coffee and breakfast tea in the tea making facility in the room Simply not enough Hooks to hang up ski jackets, normal jackets etc Apart from this our stay was very good

Great location, close to the funivia. Nice room, even though the shower was a bit small. Very comfortable "Loge du Massif" restaurant and ski/boots storage on the slopes. Nice SPA/Jacuzzi pool. Good quality of food, but limited assortment and small portions. Waiters are very polite, but not the best for speed and quality. We loved the guy called Telemaco who brought us to have an afternoon visit to Val Ferret.

Service is a bit slow and not perfect; sometime we didn't get what we wanted and had to ask and wait for another delivery. Breakfast could be better, fruit juices are not fresh, unless you ask for a fresh one. Shower was a bit small. There was a very bad smell in the elevator of La Loge du Massif, and they were not able to fix it.

Everything hotel, location, breakfast, room service all staff from garage service boy, girls attending rooms, personnel in restaurant for breakfast and dinner, concierge and Spa. Exceptional all of them.

The fact that we could not regulate the temperature in our room. And we did not have a make-up magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Location in the center of Courmayeur. Room with Mountain View. Kindness of the staff.

The small spa especially the tiny pool and the jacuzzi that was at max 28 degrees. The fact that we had to pay 150€ to have a private access the spa.

Superb position close to the lifts and with ski storage up the mountain at the Lodge. Very comfortable beds and excellent buffet breakfast.

The room was a reasonable size but could do with more cupboards to put things away.

Really helpful staff, hotel perfectly located for the lift and town. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely return.

Use of the spa is extra..just be aware.
