The staff at the front desk/bar was very kind, patient and helped out with info. Nice, polite people! The veranda is great for late night drinks. Great shuttle service to small town or metro to Milan (excellent drivers, very helpful!). Good beds, matras middle hard. Big walk in shower. Free water in fridge in room, no coffee maker (there is a good one in the lobby).
Restaurant is small and expensive. Breakfast: come early or bread is gone! Room service is very expensive. Bar/dancing next door: very loud during weekend. check where your room is when you arrive!

good for a one night stop but not much within walkable distance for a longer stay and shuttle service to the station didn’t run late enough at night and trains from Milan didn’t run very late to allow a night out

The location was very convenient, because the hotel provided a free shuttle from the metro station to the hotel and vice versa upon request for free. The staff was cordial and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable as well.
