The staff was very helpful. We had a lot of luggage and because there was no trolley to carry the luggage in the receptionist offered his help to carry some of the luggage from the car to the room. Breakfast was very nice, good choices for everyone, room was spacious and clean, the pool we didn't use because we were there at the end of October and there was no time but it looks great. The gardens and the pool of the hotel are beautiful, clean and maintained well. The dining room has got a view of the nice garden, very pleasant to dine in there. We were very happy with the parking facilities too. Location is great in order to get to the Royal Palace and train station - both are in walking distance. We would go back to the hotel again, if it was located in a different city.

The hotel was really good. Nothing of the following is a reflection of their services. The town of Caserta is not nice, shabby shops around, garbage on the streets, dirty, the entry to the Royal Palace is a disgrace, weeds and dirt and dog droppings were everywhere in October, no flowers, plants or anything nice in the front garden. Very sad. The city council or whoever is in charge should hold their head in shame to let such a jewel in such a sad state.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a large garden and green space around it that is pleasant. Secure on-site parking is provided.

The room was stuffy. Probably because it was a Saturday there was noise from group parties. The breakfast buffet was not replenished with still an hour remaining.

The room was very spacious and extremely clean. I was really happy to have a covered parking spot for the car. We received the keys with a remote that opened the main gate so we could enter and exit at our ease. The location is excellent! The restaurant La Bolla (that we really wanted to try) is the hotel's restaurant! What an amazing coincidence!

This is just a very personal need that I had: I really needed to iron my dress and shirt. There is no iron in the room, nor any possiblity to get one from reception.

The pool area was beautiful and the staff was very helpful.

More options at breakfast. There were mainly cakes.

We stayed here while visiting a famous pizzeria in town. Room was clean, comfortable. Nice staff. Breakfast excellent. They allowed us the safety of their parking garage while we visited the Caserta Royal Palace for the day.

Judging by the crowds, the hotel's restaurant may have offered pizza as good as the one labeled "best in the world." We could have stayed right there if we had known.

Beautiful pool area....good location, ..safe parking

Gardener using loud gas blower all through breakfast with doors open. Gave me a headache !!! A/C mystically does not operate at time. Front desk reset it to work. SUGGESTION: YOU HAVE ELECTIC ROBOT GRASS MOWER, WHY NOT SWITCH TO QUIETER ELECTIC LEAF BLOWER???AND NOT ANNOY GUESTS DINING!

Good location close to station and Royal Palace. Friendly staff.

Room quite dark with a balcony having a 6 foot wall so could not see out. Lack of dressing table or desk with mirror. No table availability at on site restaurant on a Saturday night as sold out to locals.

The hotel is fairly conveniently situated if arriving by train, roughly 10 minutes walk from the station. It has a lovely big garden and an outdoor swimming pool, although the pool was closed during our visit, but this was not a problem for us. Breakfast was good, coffee and orange juice were excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location for visiting the Royal Palace and for the train to Naples. The swimming pool was a real bonus.

A rather limited dinner menu (excluding pizza which did not appeal) and whilst the food presentation was great the actual taste was disappointing.

Great place to stay the staff friendly helpful and we immediately felt relaxed. The restaraunt and waiting staff were great.Breakfast first rate. Would not hesitate to stay here again

There was nothing that they could have done to improve our stay it was great.
