This is a very modern contemporary and fully upscale B&B in a very good location for visiting Reggie Costello which is within walking distance,. The proprietor, Anna Maria is very focused and can appear brisk at times, speaks no English, but is really “ in the groove”. She helped us with parking, restaurants, etc. and was on the premises with her small staff, never out of reach if we needed her. We would recommend this B&B for visitors to Caserta which is an easy round-about town. Anna knows her business, takes care of you as does her pleasant assistance, Rosa, and her breakfasts are served right in your very spacious room, lacking NOTHING. This is one of the few places we have experienced with good lighting, a common century-old frailty of the Italians. If the history in Caserta interest you, look no further.

Artistic Charming House is an upscale series of sparkling clean nicely furnished modern apartments located on the upper floor of a well maintained building in a lively neighborhood next to the Royal Palace in Caserta. Popular restaurants and bars line the street in front. The rooms are managed by an amiable and helpful staff. A full and delightful breakfast is served in your room on a clever rolling cart. We arrived on a Sunday night when the street was packed with diners and strollers but found a temporary parking place just across the street to unload our luggage before driving around the block to the large secure parking lot not far away. The night manager helped us obtain tickets for our visit to the Royal Palace and made reservations for us at a fun restaurant. The next day we toured the Royal Palace and had a quick lunch under the umbrellas of a small restaurant near the entrance to the palace before retrieving our stored luggage and car. All in all a very pleasant visit in Caserta.

The precise location of the Artistic Charming House at via Corso Trieste 15, is on the right side in the first block of this one way street, but is not easy to locate especially at night because there is no sign so trust your GPS. We temporarily parked across the street in front of a gated alley and called the night manager who graciously came down to assist with luggage and parking instructions.

Location was perfect for Regia Caserta. The place was super clean. The room had everything one would need. Breakfast in the room was excellent!!

We had neighbors with two dogs who would bark anytime anyone got close to the door. Can’t believe a very small place like this would accept large dogs that are not quiet. When we got back from dinner they started barking and we were woken up by them barking a good 45 minutes prior to the time we had set our alarm for.

The staff were lovely. Even though they didn't all speak English, they did their best to communicate with me. Breakfast was amazing. Never had a hotel breakfast quite like it. It came to my room on a cute little trolley and had a great selection of different food. The location was incredibly close to the entrance to the Royal Palace of Caserta (the main attraction in the area) - don't think you could get anywhere closer!

I'd describe the setup more as a "guesthouse" or "B&B", rather than "hotel". There weren't staff onsite all day, but a phone number was given in case of any issues. Personally, I was happy with this, but just a warning for anyone with specific ideas about what a "hotel" looks like.

The property was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. It was ideally located right next to the Palace and a few minutes walk to the train station to travel into Naples and Rome easily. The staff were so helpful and very accommodating particularly the young woman who spoke in English with a lovely welcoming smile. The room was very well furnished with everything that we needed and very clean. it was also a treat to have breakfast in our room at our chosen times.

Staff was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and our room was comfortable. Having breakfast brought into our room in the morning on a rolling trolly was wonderful. More than ample breakfast for two hungry travelers. Location could not be better, across the street from Reggia di Caserta. Street parking readily available in a neighborhood filled with interesting restaurants. One of the best experiences we've ever had with a non-hotel type establishment. We will return on our next trip to Caserta.

We stayed one night and we highly recommend to stay here if you visit Caserta! The room is spacious and clean and with all comfort! The breakfast is served in the room is delicious and with plenty of choices! The location is very central, across from The Caserta palace and closed to all shops, restaurants and bars. The owner is a great host with a lot of tips to experience the best of Caserta!

A beautiful and clean house in Caserta! The location is very good, the royal palace is just cross the road. The owner is very kind and nice. She helped us for parking arrangement and explained all details we needed. The breakfast was served in the room and very good. Would like to recommend who needs a cozy place with a good value.

The room was large with a large window that opened and let in plenty of light. The breakfast that came with my stay was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. Coffee and tea were always abundant. Restaurants of all types were very close and abundant as well as plenty of shopping. La Reggia is a 5 min walk away if that. The train station is also very close.

Breakfast was served in our room and all the selections were fresh and delicious. The staff, especially Elisa, were welcoming, attentive, helpful, and spoke moderate English. Everything was immaculate!

Totally out of control of the hotel, the one-way streets and ZTL in Caserta made reaching the hotel by car difficult. The parking garage in La Reggia, while a short walk, was a 15-minute ride by car.
