AC in my room did not work or perhaps was not switched on on the main building. No instructions in the room left to be able to call concierge. Hotel is located in what felt like a tough neighbourhood.

We arrived at the first two rooms and they smelled like smoke. We asked to be moved and the next two rooms also smelled like smoke. Needless to say, we moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker and don't mind sleeping in an ashtray!
Everything! See above. We didn't stay at the hotel. I made the mistake of paying online ahead of seeing the rooms. I will never do that again. I'm going to ask for a refund!!
