Perfect location to spend two separate nights after an evening arrival at Rosslare and also the night before an early departure (07.00). Rosslare is 18 mins away. Comfortable, clean, quiet and a lovely Irish breakfast on the first night.. We were given sandwiches, crisps, fruit, and biscuits as we felt it was too early for breakfast on our departure morning! A local hotel provided adequate food in the evening but I'm sure a better meal could be found in Wexford just 5 mins away.

For us, nothing!

Glenhill does what it does very well. It is not always about appearance. The location is easy to find, park at. A clean comfortable place to flop after a long trip. After a week of staying in various standard of hotels. Glenhill is up there with more expensive boutique ones. It has all you need, tea, coffee and bottled water which can be refilled. Convenient location, not far from Wexford or Rosslare port.. A lovely breakfast; t the home made soda bread and such a lovely host who is kind, considerate and offers tips for your day. Compared to what the bigger boys are charging, Glenhill is a bargain! One to return to.

Mrs Murphy, our hostess, met us at the door. Asked about our journey. Then took me up to show me the room. Asked what we would like for breakfast so we had traditional breakfast, booked so we could head straight to the ferry. She informed us that we could sit anywhere outside or in the lounge, we sat outside as such a pleasant evening. The room was light & airy clean with a decent sized bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great carparking area.

Nothing it was all great

Katleen and Nick were lovely hosts. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived without a car and they were both happy to drop us at various tourist attractions. The room was a good size, clean and comfy, with a great ensuite, walk-in shower. We didn't use the lounge but did sit outside in the garden area. The house itself is in a great location with a couple of attractions within walking distance. Even Wexford town is less than an hour's walk, and only ten minutes by taxi.

Katleen very kindly allowed use of a microwave oven, but we wished we had access to an outdoor BBQ. We stayed for four nights and eating out was too expensive and it would have been great to cook some chicken on a bbq. Even though we walked everywhere, we wished we had a car. It's just that little bit too far to walk to town everyday. There is a bus that runs but we never managed to catch it.

The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. She even made us sandwiches for the road! The place is spotless, and the room is quite big. The only warning I would give is let the shower run a bit to avoid any temperature surprises. But that's the same with any electric shower! The place is also 20min for the ferry and about 7 min drive to town if not less, so worked perfectly for us. Will return without a doubt. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed in rm. #6: large room en suite with double bed - bed comfortable but on the firm side. Room had an alcove with open closet and desk area. Black-out curtains, Light over mirror in bathroom which has been rare in Ireland. Electric plug in bathroom for shaver. WiFi provider lost service all evening but was back on again in morning and was good. Street parking is free on Saturday after 5:00 and all day Sunday. Full Irish breakfast, yogurt, cereals.

2 faucet sink. Room needed a bit more cleaning (grape stem left on bedside table and wet rings on bedside table and desk). Cash only for payment.

We were met by the proprietress and made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely. It had a shower ensuite; toiletries provided. Very clean and comfortable beds. TV and Wifi provided. Breakfast was excellent, in fact I said it was scrummy...everything you could think of.

I would definitely recommend this B&B. The only thing we found a bit difficult was finding it. It would be helpful to have a larger sign out on the main road and possibly on the nearby roundabout.

Kathleen our host was immediately out to greet us and did this with a very welcoming smile. When shown to our twin room it was spotless, airy and had everything we needed. We were given our key to the room and immediately put at our ease regarding returning after our concert. Dining room had everything you could possibly want for breakfast with different table sizes to cater to small, med or larger parties with baby highchair if needed. Breakfast was just lovely and perfectly cooked so we would definitely return to this venue.

Can honestly say there was nothing we didn’t like.
