Friendly and helpful staff. Big and comfy rooms overlooking Merapi. Very comfortable bed and pillows, great waterfall shower, all the facilities you need and more. Good value for the price. Highly recommended.

The water bottles provided every day are too small and there is no water dispenser for guests. Extra water bottles are highly overpriced. Bedding and towels are clean but there are often stains from before.

The food is excelent. We celebrated our parents birthday at the hotel restaurant and all the food we ordered was delicious and the service ia good

I was stay with my Family 5 rooms for 3 days 2 night during Ramadhan,everything was good until on the last day something uncomfortable happened when a group of 4-5 people were busy cleaning other rooms in the morning at 7 o'clock while it was still time to sleep for us who were on vacation. They talked very loudly with each other and also talk with walkytalky very loud and this is very disturbing the peace of the morning. They forgot their room is not soundproof

great room size, great swimming pool, gym facilities. nice spread to breakfast great choices.

people ringing bell so many times requesting to give new towels daily not required. getting a taxi wasn’t that straight forward. it’s very far from airport & all sights

the hotel is modern and amenities are adequate, location is great especially when you explore east yogya ( prambanan, ratu boko, or even bit north)

cleanliness can be improved, it’s not dirty but you can see few dirt here and there. in addition the room service forgot to clean / replace the dirty cup

Great location for visiting the Yogykarta area by car. Comfortable room. Loved the roof top pool, but the roof top bar wasn't open during our visit

A bit noisy - we were on a high floor, but you could still hear a bit of traffic noise.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was exactly as pictured and roomy. Good food and live music at the sky deck that made the environment extremely enjoyable.

Nice roof top with medium size pool and small bar/cafe has open 360 degree view.

The carpet in the corridor would be better with brighter color to give wider feeling to match the well sized rooms.

room is spacious and bed is also good. all the staff is also very helpful and give a fast/ quick response toward our request

I love the room style and concept, which is simple but elegant. The breakfast is also okay and tasty. Maybe it will be great if they can offer a more variation on the menu.

My concern is only about the internet speed. It will be great if they can increase the bandwidth in the future, even though the current speed is still acceptable.
