ASTON Makassar Hotel & Convention Center

I had a suite on 10th floor. Room was huge with floor to roof windows. Fantastic panoramic view. Very comfortable living space, table and desk, couch and chair w table for dining. Very nice staff all around.

Wish there was a little more variety with nearby restaurants or a lounge. Only other complaint is why is it impossible to find Soda water in both the main restaurant and the rooftop lounge. In all fairness the Circle K store next door also did not have Soda water as well

There was a large buffet breakfast mainly Indonesian style food. But they did serve waffles which were very delicious. Loved the fresh fruit and pastries.

This new hotel in Makassar was lovely and I will stay there again. A short trip from the airport and you are right in city center. Taxi ride is 150000 Rupiah and you can book on line.

Location was good, right at the center of Makassar, foods were close. Drove myself and parking space was great. All safety protocols are standardized, even on elevator.

I did have 2 problems One is the bathroom, the shower's water temprature was not stable. Second, there are no complimentary bottled water. You have to refill with the dispenser outside on the corridor. Normally, its fine, but with the pandemic, i don't think its appropriate. Well, those water dispensers are used by all guests, please reconsider this kind of system

Breakfast was very good, delicious and everyday the menu changed, more variations ,plates, glasses and cups was super clean , main meals and dessert was yummy , more importantly is we can asked the staff to cook fresh food. I like ASTON and for sure I will be back again in the future.

I don't think something I don't like, most of my stay was comfort

Very good, restaurant with rooftoop bar is a bit dingy but food is of good quality and drinks are excellent. Breakfast includes a huge buffet and on demand options too

the shower in the Junior Suit had no hot water and very low pressure

Strategic location. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Clean bathroom with complete toiletries. Water flows smoothly. Breakfast variety is available and tastes good. Easy transportation.

The upgrade from the lovely reception lady Kiefly and Wilda I think their names are The room was excellent the bed comfortable TV great variety wifi strong The breakfast was very good Mostly Indonesian but still had western food And an egg station 100% this hotel is the staff exellent Location next to a supermarket.. I will be back

The hotel is convenient and meets al the expectations. They provide you with large comfortable and clean rooms, an excellent breakfast and if you want to enjoy a drink, maybe with a snack, there is a bar on the 19th floor with a great view on the Makassar city skyline.

We had nothing to complain!

The hotel is comfortable, breakfast is very good and lots of choice. The location is quite strategic for me. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright. The bathroom is clean and nice.
