The chef was very supportive in my partners dietary preferences. They did a great job, making it keto friendly.. Also, the quality of toiletries was great, and healthy... The service was very helpful and polite...

As your chefs are quite capable, knowledgeable, and resourceful, it would be even better if you mention this about keto , and other diets in your menu. Also,if I try to be critical, the wash basin in the bathroom was a bit too cramped, it was a bit difficult to wash hands. Rest everything was a breeze...

It's always a pleasure to stay in this property. Goes without saying that it's made beautifully but every time I'm there, the staff's hospitality keeps getting better. Kudos to the training they get. It's evident that they really care about their customers. Visiting again super soon!

It's hard to really nitpick here but if I were to choose, then the cocktail that I had by the pool could've been better / finer considering what we were paying for the same. My sister owns a food and cocktail bar in Goa and she's self trained so we are a little finicky about the way cocktails are presented at fine places.

Absolutely wonderful staff! We arrived quite late at night and were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks for my husband, me and my children. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The hotel happily accommodated our requests for drivers from the train station, and to the airport the next day. Both drivers were super friendly and made sure we reached our destinations safely. We needed an extra bed in our room, and within minutes staff arrived to set up the bed. We also ordered room service for dinner and both meals arrived quickly and were delicious. The room itself was very clean and and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes that we all enjoyed very much.

Unique and beautiful architecture - the Trident really stands out from other 5 star properties in the area. Well appointed, good sized room & bathroom with good amenities. Very nice pool and pool side service. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Wifi service was a bit slow - took time to log into streaming services on the TV. The menu at the restaurants seemed somewhat limited (the Asian restaurant did not have sushi and dimsums were unavailable). Staff is overall very committed and helpful but sometimes it seemed a little intrusive to have the same question (how is the stay / food/ other aspects) or offer of help on some matter from multiple staff members one after the other. This is perhaps a common feature / philosophy of Oberoi group properties and not a problem with any individual staff members.

I was celebrating my birthday with my spouse and decided to stay for a night at Trident Gurugram. And i would say it was one of the most memorable birthdays i had. @Namrata and her team took excellent care of us while Chef @Sumar Kumar prepared a delightful Maharashtrian Thaali for us. All our meals were amazing and exceeded our expectations right from lunch, dinner to breakfast. The staff decorated our room with ballons and also got us a delicious chocolate & orange cake followed by a photo frame as a souvenir. All in all worth every penny we spend and due to this amazing hospitality we will definitely plan such stay-cations at Trident hotels. Thanks to all the staff for making us stay memorable.

Amazing stay at the Trident. All the restaurant staff were very attentive but the maitre’d (not sure of her name) Saurvar on reception and Aaarti from housekeeping stood out in particular. The pool and food were lovely and the whole place felt like a giant spa with the water pools, gardens and lighting.

A tiny practical thing but the rooms could do with a hook or rail on the inside of the shower for your towel and more hooks generally as there isn’t a swimsuit dryer by the pool/ spa and nowhere to let them dry in the room.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We traveled with our son, who didn't handle spicy food very well. This was one of the few places that had plenty of choices available for him to eat. The breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to every morning.

It's located near a very busy street that's not safe to cross on foot. We were able to make our way out whenever we needed to by taxi or tuktuk but unable to do anything around the area of the hotel on foot.

The staff are excellent, and any issues are dealt with quickly and to satisfaction. The food is excellent, from the breakfast buffet to room service, everything we had was hot and delicious. The massage I had at the spa, was one of the best I have ever had and the facilities and treatment rooms are lovely. The hotel feels like an oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi.

The service at breakfast can be a little slow at times.

I liked everything: the room was luxurious, spacious (we offered a free upgrade), design, amenities, completeness, service, natural flowers - everything was excellent! The delicious dinner in the room. The rooms have beautiful silk robes that are available for purchase. Respond to questions instantly. Transfer from the airport is excellent. Very close, 20 min. Thank you I had a wonderful evening before my flight and slept well.

Windows don’t open, no balcony. The message about the transfer indicated a BMW 7, but in fact a Toyota arrived

I don't know how to sum up my feelings but we were a total of 15 members in a family and we went to celebrate a very special occasion. Trident upgraded us for free to oberoi and it was one of our best staycations. What amazing hospitality they offered us, The kids were treated with so many goodies, breakfast was just so delicious. Highly recommended property for anyone who wanted luxury and comfort at one place. We'll now be only visiting them in future. Kudos!

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was just mind-blowing.
