The Roseate New Delhi

The architecture was spellbinding. The water bodies add up to the feel and luxury quotient to the hotel.

ITS NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL I CAN TELL U THAT . so if u have little kids that run around look elsewhere, the water bodies which aff a certain charm to it are a nightmare with kids running . The kids area was very small and nothing much to write about. The dining experience wasnt up to the mark and add to that the stratospheric prices of food dishes did surprise us. The room service was slow, we almost paid a ransom for the room yet the door latch was broken, all that technology of controlling everything with that ipad wasn’t perfect. The tv had a mind of its own, I literally had a torrid time getting it to work. These are not deal breakers for once in a while holiday.

Very comfortable room with all needed amenities. Staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Despite being surrounded by a very busy local traffic and nearby Gandhi International Airport the hotel offered a surprisingly quiet and relaxed environment with its nicely manicured landscape and well cleaned pools/lakes. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food types both local and international. We also very much enjoyed our Chinese food dinner at the restaurant on the hill where the ambiance, the chef and servers were exceptional.

Room heating - the room was cold and when I asked for temperature to be adjusted, they told me that cause the room has a lot of marble it will stay cold !!!! View - I was told.its a garden view room but what I saw outside the window was a wall with some plants Location - Getting inside was a challenge, there is no prominent easily visible branding at the entrance that makes it easy to locate. Parking - Waiting for the car at vallet was a horrible experience.

We liked the architecture, the nature elements throughout the property, and the staff. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff was courteous to welcome us with flowers and a cake, and bump up our room category

There was little chipping on the side tables and the carports could be cleaned more often. Door bell was not working Few of the switches were not working Sheer curtain was not there Reception could be bit more responsive, many times the call went blank

The room was very nice and spacious however, during the night there were many people screaming outside of my window. I believe my room was the last on the property so the closest to the area outside The Roseate. In addition, I opted for the breakfast as it was included and I have been very happy with the exhaustive selection of food as well as the additional you could ask to the chef. Staff was very helpful especially Aryan at the Kiyan restaurant and Shenoy from the Roseate who helped me with the curtains.

The only thing was probably the fact that I wanted to book another massage but the spa was fully booked both on the day I arrived and the day I left.

room size and room facilities very good.Breakfast awesome and resturant staff caring and attentive.Very peaceful place and ideal for relaxation.

Not much for kids and senior citizen.Instead of such a long pool they should earmark some portion of pool as kids pool.Kids room should have more varieties.There is also no indoor sports room. Overall it is ideal for couples..Ambience is nice.

Everything was nice. The ambience and the vibe of the place is very relaxing and calm. Overall a very nice place with very nice minimalistic interiors. Awesome experience.

Doesn't look like wheelchair friendly place, specially the pathways which has gaps in between that can get people to trip over and fall. Also, the staff was cleaning the pools etc. with no proper equipment and barefoot (something the hotel should cater to better)

Roseate is our go-to choice for a staycation almost every year for the past few years now. It's comfortable, with all the amenities for a mini break and most importantly excellent food. We always love dining at Chi Ni and even though it was closed this time for a private party, the staff served us their menu at the other restaurant Kian. Our daughter loved her bubble baths and the dips in the pool :)

The location is great, the rooms are beautiful. The property is not large enough for it to be a "resort", but it makes for a fun day out regardless. The staff could do better coordinating with staff over special requests - I had some trouble.

Very tedious getting reservations and arrangements made over email and Whatsapp. They're not used to / trained requests out of the ordinary.
