Sheraton New Delhi Hotel

Extremely clean, modern, safe and therefore comfortable. Fresh eggs for breakfast among a wide choice although the general quality across the spread is not fantastic. Very helpful staff although the receptionists were a little cold for some reason. Handy to walk about of the back gate and across the road to the shopping centre for some other food options; the road is a little dark though. I used Travel House through the hotel as a car shuttle for work for all four days of my stay and Nagender offered a very friendly and excellent service. Would stay here again if I had to return to Delhi.

Not much! Security checks were quite oppressive and the roads around the hotel feel sketchy.

The hotel has a great location in south Delhi, not far from all major attractions. Staff is superb and care deeply about the guest experience. Everyone at reception were amazing and gave us a free upgrade and dinner on the house including access to drinks at the lounge which was a cherry on top. We were very happy with our stay overall and the entire staff including the guys in the kitchen, at entrance, the wait staff and cleaners were friendly.\ Amit Goyal at the lounge looked after us even when we arrive close to end of the lounge access for drinks.

The only issue we had was with hot water in the shower intermittently would turn off on it own. We raised it with the hotel and they acknowledged it and advised they’ll get it fixed.

Sheraton saket is my regular place for staying and that’s because of the familiar and very efficient staff, I can’t say that for the people at the reception folks but right from the door man to concierge to Th bell boy to the people serving you at the breakfast place or Satish at the coffee shop ,they just make your stay wonderful. I wish they could pass on some tips to their colleagues at the reception

Folks at reception could be more trained both in efficiency and soft skills , like for a person staying there since the past 10 years they still look so cold. I love the property and despite other hotel options I always go for Sheraton saket.

Location was fantastic and was within short walking distance to two top notch shopping malls of South Delhi, Select City Walk and DLF Avenue. Room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant staff were very courteous so were the staff of entire property. My wife unfortunately tripped and fell outside the main building and was injured. But the instant care she received from the guards at the gate, front desk and lobby staff was unforgettable. That speaks of the professionalism of the people working at Sheraton Saket. We will certainly come back when we are around in New Delhi, India for our next trip.

Everything was excellent

We loved the location - close to big shopping centers with great shops and restaurants, also a cinema. The pool was great, though I might say it does seem to need a small update. Room was perfect size for us, not too big not too small. Shower was absolutely great! Staff attitude was a bit inconsistent - front desk were ok at check in, our room wasn’t ready though… Staff at breakfast were also great

The breakfast buffet wasn’t good compared to other 5 star hotels we’ve been to at Delhi. Sometimes the hotel staff didn’t understand what we need or asked for, especially over the phone, which was a bit annoying.

ANKIT MASIWALTHE MANAGER WAS GOD SENT. HE ASSISTED ME IN EVERY WAY AS I WAS GOING THROUGH SOME CHALLENGES. KISHAN ALSO ASSISTED ME WITH MY LUGGAGE AS WELL AS ARRANGING TO SORT MY MEDICINES.HE EVEN ASSITED IN PAYING THE TAXI DRIVER AS I DID NOT HAVE CASH ON ME. RASHPAL PADAM ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING WITH OUR ACCOMODATION. THANK YOU SO MUCH .IT WAS ALL A BLESSING IN DISGUISE.THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. I COULD NOT FIND ANY FLAWS. THEREFORE THERE IS NO REASON TO COMPLAIN.

Everything at the Hotel was perfect and excellent. Staff were very polite & very accommodating. Food was excellent. Ambience was very good. Room was very clean & bright. I enjoyed my stay. The Airconditons were very cooling good. The Security was very tight. They had too many staff to assist us. I would definitely rate it as the best hotel in New Delhi. Porters also came immediately when called. Toilets were very well equipped with everything. We were also checked In & Out very fast. Very little waiting time.

Everything was perfect af Sheraton Hotel in Sake5 New Delhi.

Prime location, near to DLF Select city walk Mall and Metro Station. In Room dining was Good and had a lot of options to choose from. Room was spacious and clean.

Hmm.. PoS machines at Reception desk should be fixed (it may be one of incident but for me was inconvenient), I ended up paying twice as the initial blocking amount could not be released and had to pay again for the stay. The blocked amount was later released after 4-5days.

The service was exceptional from the gate staff from entry to the room service. Kapil was very nice and always greeted us daily with a smile. He cleaned the room very well. The staff at breakfast was very nice and well trained. We felt welcomed throughout the trip.

Clean, comfortable rooms, nice toiletries. Very good service by all staff, check in/ check out quick and efficient.

Dated interiors, furniture and furnishings need updating. Better choice of beverages and snacks in the lobby lounge. Rooms also need updating, should have nicer decor , better TV, better coffee and tea choices in the rooms.
