Park Inn by Radisson,South Delhi

Breakfast was very good. The metro station is just nearby.

The neighborhood is not very good. But it's quite usual for Delhi.

I had an absolutely enjoyable stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar. The hotel's location, close to both the airport and metro station, made my travels around the city extremely convenient. The front desk personnel, especially Mr. Himanschu, were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, which made a great impression on me. The business room was very comfortable, with a height-adjustable table that made working on my computer a breeze. The cleaning team, consisting of Mr. Govardhan, Mr. Roshan, Mr. Ankush, Mr. Kumar, and Mr. Tinku, took great care in ensuring that my room was always clean and well-stocked with bottled water. The breakfast was simply delicious, with a diverse selection of food options available. The freshly made Indian bread, fluffy omelettes, and waffles made by Chef Mr. Dinesh Chandra Chamoli were among my favourites. The wait staff, including Mr. Girish, Sunil Kumar, Saurabh Yadav, and Yogesh, as well as Hostess Ms. Nitali Borah, were all very friendly and welcoming. I also made use of the fitness center, which was available 24/7, and ordered room service from the hotel's restaurant. The continental dinner that I had was excellent and I was very impressed with the quality of the food. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Inn by Radisson in New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar to anyone, especially business travellers, looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. The budget costs, as per Europinion regulations, make it an even better deal. Choose the business room, which is with the budget costs, as per Europinion regulations.

There was good variety in the breakfast buffet and staff was very courteous. In addition, they were happy to entertain any additional requests with a smile on their face. Also, very happy with Himanshu at the reception who was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and gave us good advise on the tourist spots to visit in New Delhi and also arranged an all day cab booking for us at a very reasonable price. All the room service staff were also really nice and happy to serve

Since our booking was for 4 nights, we were delighted to get a generous free upgrade to a suite from business room! All the staff here is very friendly and professional. We felt at home. Breakfast spread was great and so was the quality. Will surely stay here next time too!

There aren’t enough drawers in the room. So, had to place some stuff on the surfaces. At night, the vehicle noise was a bit disturbing. But from 2nd night, we didn’t have a problem. The bathroom can do with one or two more racks and towel rods. Though the bathroom was large enough, it did not have ergonomic accessories.

The breakfast at the hotel as amazing. They had many variety of Indian and continental food. There was fresh and preserved juices and Chef made fresh customized omlette and egg as per taste. There were also fresh puri and dosa served on request. Coffee and tea were served by the staff and they have indoor and outdoor seatings.

There is not much that I did not like about the hotel. Only thing I would say is that the washbasin was designed a bit odd and hence many times there was water dripping from basin and would accumulate on bathroom floor.

Stayed here for the first night of our trip in India in March 23. To say that the reception and restaurant staff were superb would be an understatement !!! We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the stated check in time, but the reception staff were super accommodative and made every effort to sort out 2 rooms for us as soon as they could so we did not have to hang around waiting for our rooms !!! Understanding that we had just got off a long flight, tea and breakfast were quickly made available to us while we waited for our rooms. The staff were friendly and very very helpful !!! We got our rooms way sooner than expected and were very very happy with our rooms too .... they were of a good size, well equipped and well maintained. We were able to make ourselves comfortable in no time !!! Breakfast the next day was a good spread with both Indian and Continental Options. We enjoyed our stay at the Park Inn so much, we could not wait to return to stay here for our final 2 nights in Delhi ,,,,, and once again, the staff and the facilities did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Delhi and would most definitely recommend the Park Inn in Lajpat Nagar to anyone looking for a decent hotel in a convenient location for shopping and sightseeing.

A lovely place, the rooms are much bigger than the pictures suggest, very clean and pleasant. Breakfast is fine and worth it for the price if you're looking for basic fuel for the day. The gym is a small room with some equipment but you won't get a decent full work out there as it isn't air conditioned. Fine for basic activity though. Clean, safe and well maintained. Safe and a security guard 24hr reception. For what you pay, it is worth it for sure.

The hotel is right next to a main road, so there is a lot of traffic noise and bustle. They also host a lot of night events, so I had to call down to reception to turn down the music a few times. If you are a noise sensitive person I would ensure you have good ear plugs.

1) Took about 25 or so mins from Delhi airport in the morning. I felt it took longer at night though. 2) The rooms and bathroom in particular, the furniture, the sheets, towels, etc, were very clean and well-stocked. 3) The reception team is very helpful.

Nothing major but certain things I noticed: 1) The lifts are quite outdated - clunky, small, and a bit loud. 2) The floor corridor looked worn out and the carpets were a bit discolored. 3) Room service prefers not to reheat any food bought from outside for you. 4) Windows weren't noise-proof I felt, so you can hear sounds from outside. 5) The ironing box and table weren't present in the room. When brought in by housekeeping, both items were of very cheap quality. They should get some new ones.

Location was perfect near Metro Station. Generally staff was very polite and helpful. Every staff was very eager to help at every step. At the comedor there was a good assortment of Indian dishes. As regards of continental breakfast, there was not much election to choose. Thanks to ALL THE WAITERS, who served us PROFESSIONALLY WITH LOVE. Special thanks to MISS MITALI (I'M NOT SURE HER NAME , MAY BE NITALI), a lovely girl, who was very attentive and served us with her lovely smile all the time. The whole hotel was airconditioned, not just the bedroom. It was located right beside a metro station. They stored my bag for the day after I checked out. Breakfast was very good.

Didn't feel very welcome at breakfast the first morning. Left to my own devices to try and figure out how things worked and what was available. The one female employee was very nice. The next morning was much better so I don't know what the difference was. Different staff or different time of the morning but they were much friendlier and welcoming.
