Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket

Hilton Garden inn is located in a big Mall. Actually there are 3 malls in a row. Outside the Hotel you’ll find very polite staff who’d greet you every time you go in and out. At Check-in we were pleasantly welcomed by Mr. Umesh. During our stay, he was the key person for all that we could asked for. In the mornings we enjoyed our breakfast. The breakfast has gone positively through a total makeover since our last visit to the Hilton. The food and ambiance are so good and not to forget the different kind of cuisines they offered daily. My heartly thanks goes to Mr.Shubham for his effort to create this experience for Hilton Garden Inn guests. We will definitely come back for this breakfast. Finally I would like to thank Ms.Meena and Mr. Satish Purva for the great service and clean room during our stay.. Overall we had a great stay and will come back for sure whenever we visit Delhi.

Some key points to improve: -The guest service line would let us call twice or thrice for the same issue. -The bathroom shower floor could use some extra care - More sofa’s in the reception area

Every staff member was polite, courteous, and very attentive. I felt very well looked after. The staff at breakfast were particularly attentive in making sure I got all the chai and food I needed for the day! The hotel provided laundry service, which I did not expect, making life a lot easier. I travelled for work and stayed a week, and the location is excellent, allowing me to get some shopping done in a short space of time. The food choices at the mall were also great so that you don't have to go far after a long day of work. It was one of the best hotel stays I have encountered.

There was nothing I did not like. The only thing is the hotel is a bit old and tired, and so there was built-up dust in parts of the room. The neighboring room's plumbing is also quite noisy which woke me up in the middle of the night a few times. I hope this will be sorted once the renovation is done. But this does not put me off at all.

We liked the location as the hotel was situated next to the shopping mall. The hotel facilities were easy to access like the gym & the swimming pool.

The front line staff at the reception were not as friendly or helpful. We found the doormen/doorwomen to be more helpful and friendly as they were more informative and patient in dealing with questions. Attention to details like making sure the invoice of payment was sent upon request took such a long to follow up. We were not able to get a taxi and there was no assistance until we requested for urgent help.

Breakfast menu was great, met various diestary requirements

Unhappy with a couple of female staff's attitude on one occasion, felt discriminated as we were told we couldn't sit by the window because it is a 4 seater table and we could be asked to move if need be. We witnessed other guests, single or double just went and sat at the other window seats or even moved with no issues. was really disappointed with these girls attitude and their arrogant approach.

As a regular customer at the hotel, I was happy with the overall standard of service. The front desk staff, Nandini and Reena were both quite helpful and prompt. Nandini, who had handled my check in during previous visits, was welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. The breakfast buffet was great, with a brand range on offer. The room itself was comfortable with all general amenities made available.

There is an urgent need to expand the room service menu. There are very few options available currently. I also had a complaint regarding some noise in my room, coming out of the emergency speaker. It took a while and a few calls before the problem was dealt with. There are no proper lights/indicators for DND in the room and the hotel still uses paper cards. This needs to be changed to a digitized system, as with most modern hotels.

Hilton was comfortable but definitely needs a good renovation. Not just to the entrance but the whole hotel. Front reception staff, except for the ladies, the gentlemen need to smile more and have less of an attitude. Housekeeping staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. So were the security and restaurant staff. Loved the shopping centre attached to the hotel. So, for location purposes, I would give it a 10/10.

Initially before I could check in I was getting, (no doubt) generic messages from the general manager welcoming us. But when there was a problem and I complained, it took more than a week for me to get a similar generic email back from the GM. Not good enough, and I feel complaints should be handled promptly and the GM should play a more active role.

Rooms were nice and neat and I like the fact that appliances like irons are provided in the rooms....that's very good! Showers are also big. Outside food is also allowed. The breakfast is amazing! Very convenient access to the mall as well. Staff are very friendly, especially Komal. She always has a smile on her face that's very welcoming and she's very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the construction noise at night when trying to sleep. I think the hotel was doing maintenance but this should have been done during the day.

The staff was excellent. Shivam from the housekeeping staff was really polite and good. Kunal from the Front Office is a very very helpful and a problem solver Aashish & Varun were also very professional and polite. Location is excellent .. very easy to find and great for networking The food is very decent and good variety

Bathroom set up needs some work Better and more hooks to hang clothes The positioning of the Toilet Roll dispenser is awful. PLs change it as it constantly hits the knees A shower curtain would really help keep water off the floor

I liked the restaurant food it was excellent!!! Also was surprised by the mall connected to the hotel, one I loved the mall!!!

My room didn’t smell so good and I had to by room freshener to try to get odor out…it didn’t work much but other than this I loved my room honestly. Pool was under maintenance and I really was looking forward to using it which is a main reason I booked this hotel…but I’m grateful for all other great things about this hotel. Thank you!
