Resort Terra Paraiso

Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were very helpful Few names: Arup, Kushal, Sameer, Dibyendu All the folks at restaurant were nice and willing to help with food suggestions and moderate the preparation to suit the palate. Pool is nice and fun for kids. Layout of the villa/rooms is nice, around the pool. Pool staff: Manojit was also quite attentive and helpful Rooms are big and can accomodate one extra single bed (good that they have a bed and mattress and not just extra mattress). Balcony is decent sized and can be enjoyed. Washroom is nice size. (appreciate if they can put a swipe or mop as it gets wet during the frequent trips to pool/beach/bath)

Reception insisted on the entire payment at the time of check-in. That is bit strange especially when you already have your credit card on file with them and paid part of the booking online. Outside taxi union guys are okay; did not have a great experience with them. Hotel is 1-1.5 km away from market or official beach entry from Calangute so you need a taxi (if with family)

Lovely hotel with rooms overlooking the pool and sea. Short walk to beach and shacks. Hotel was clean and pools were good, especially liked the one opposite our room which was always quiet. Lovely gardens and well kept. Staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Gabriel from reception who went out of his way to get me a mattress topper as I have a bad back and the mattress was a little too hard for me. Shower was wonderful, great pressure and plenty of hot water ( not always the case in India)

Liked everything. Would be nicer if The gate at bottom of garden was open for guests but wasn’t a problem for us.

A really nice all round hotel, the pool is pleasant, bar and restaurant are good and great value. I was moved room on request to a room with a window / balcony, as the first allocated room was without a window which I didn’t like. The main asset are the staff, without doubt some of the best service we’ve ever had and they’re genuinely really nice people.

Perhaps clean up the seating area around the pool in time for the start of breakfast, if you get up before 0830 you’ll notice the detritus of the guests from the night before.

Breakfast was excellent, with a changing variety of dishes on offer, particularly the Indian dishes. The menu at other times offered a good choice of veg and non-veg dishes, Indian, western and Chinese. Service was efficient, with pleasant staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

A better reading light could have been available at the bedside. The sunbeds had seen better days. Pool towels were not always available. Room cleaning/servicing often happened late in the day.

Really nice hotel in Calangute, Goa. The first night we had some noise because of the bar across the street of the hotel but the next day we could switch to a nicer room. The staff is really nice and helpful. You can also order food and drinks 24/7. The spa on site is also a really nice touch!

The breakfast is not that great and especially the non-Indian options. You also have a taxi service at the entrance of the hotel, which is of course a perk, however, they charge quite high rates and negotiating is not an option.

Great location near the beach and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops. Super pool, very large and rarely busy. Our room was large with big comfortable bed, a spacious balcony and the best bathroom I've had in India. Plenty of helpful staff, Food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was fine but predominantly Indian fare , not a big shock given we were in Goa !! Overall a spacious good quality resort.

Wifi in our room wasn't good but strong in public areas.

Everything - Right next to the beach, great staff, picturesque swimming pool and to top it all amazing food, be it breakfast or lunch, everything we ordered from the restaurant turned out to be delicious in taste. Fast service, great receptionist, I could go on and on about the experience I had.

Nothing comes to my mind, maybe a call in advance from the resort would have helped since its parking is on the other side and hence we had to drive back after dropping the luggage but it's a minor inconvenience in the larger picture.

Incredible, wonderful and amazing hospitality by team Terra paraiso. This resort has amazing ambience and great vibes to enjoy. Nicely constructed and huge property. Rooms are spacious, well ventilated and have balconies. Washrooms are clean and spacious. Best for kids to enjoy as plenty of space is there.It has a nice resturant beside the swiming pool which serves the most delicious food in goa. I really liked the taste of foods. Do inculde the breakfast in the package and enjoy the buffet breakfast in the morning with variety of foods, drinks and snacks. Complete team has great co-ordination among them to gives you the best service and an excellent pleasant stay. The mangemnet team never said no to anything. They were ready to help for every requirement.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff is very polite and good. Cleaning and maintenance staff is good and responsive. .

The reception staff needs a little training on attending arriving guests. They are the first impression of the resort. The manager was quite rude on handling our special request.

It was value for the price. The place was clean. The bathrooms were clean. There was enough variety for breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was tasty. It was very close to the beach so you could easily walk there every day several times if need be. We would definitely go there again
