Sergios Hotel

Excelent food & drinks (fish, vegetables, salads, cretan dishes/pies, meat, seafood, cakes, fruits, etc). The best tzatziki ever eaten. Very good manager (Dimitris - always among guests and constantly working side by side with his staff to make sure everything is ok). Very good staff at reception, restaurant and bar (Maria, Luigi, Nikos etc). Good vibes, music and drinks at the bar with Luigi - he is very friendly and funny. Very clean hotel/rooms. Very good location. We recommend the beach instead of the pool due to the sea breeze and warm and crystal water. The beach is very close to the hotel (around 200 m, near the Med Cafe restaurant). A sunbed is 5 eur/day and an umbrella is 2 eur/day (you can pay cash or card). Every 2 nights there is entertainment after dinner (oriental, disco and greek night - our favourite). It is a 3* hotel but with a 5* staff and restaurant services. Thank you for everything! Ευχαριστώ πολύ! ❤️

The shower needs a little renovation.

When you arrive at Sergios you will be propably suprised. The staff will handle you as a family member. I spent there a week, that was really fine. If you arrive to the Heraklion international airport forget the taxi you can get to the Bus Stop 22 directly from the airport for the dirty cheap 3.10 euros per person. My room was spacious enough for a solo traveller but I would also recommend for a pair. Let's talk about the half board meal. There are no words. At the breakfast you can chose from continental or british tastes but at the evening the all you can eat service you may eat shark, lamb, fruits of the sea, I really loved the mussaka. Absolutely recommended if you want to get to Hersonissos. My message to the staff: I hope I can get back to you.

A couple of uncultured guests slammed the door of the room and made a sound in the hallway, not considering that others were living in the salon but everything was nice and good.

We arrived very late on the first evening, but we were greeted at reception with an endlessly kind welcome and a small dinner. The accommodation is in a very good location, the cleanliness is impeccable and the staff are polite, cheerful and very kind. If one is staying at the Sergios Hotel, I recommend the all inclusive option. It is perfect value for money with a varied breakfast, lunch and dinner. All this with very tasty cocktails and soft drinks.

Unfortunately we got a parking ticket on the first day. When we arrived at the hotel we asked where the parking was, but were told that we could park for free in front of the hotel so we didn't move. According to local rules, one week parking is free on the right side of the street, the other week on the left. We parked on the wrong side. As we received no information about this (because we got other information) we asked for help from the hotel, where they blamed us for the incident and told us that the information was posted on the street and we should know that because they told us. Of course they didn't told us, and the information was not posted on the street (and the police and post office confirmed that only the locals knew this). Other than that, everything was absolutely fine!

Price, location and staff

Great buffet for sweets! Great salad bar. Very nice food, in general. Different nights like Italian, Cretan, live music. Great personnel!

Wifi need improvement. Bad smell from outside that could be felt in the balconies each day. Only 1 key card in the room which make the whole stay uncomfortable. Very bad plumbing in the bathroom, with bad smell, just like it is mentioned in all the reviews. Church atmosphere in the outside bar- personnel not allowed to put the music a bit louder than sleeping mode which is always on.

Very good hotel, close to the centr, 10 minutes walk to the Palm Beach disco. And 10 minutes walk to Star Beach. There is a safe where u can put ur documents inside. I had all inclusive system so i was never hungry there. And unlimited drinks untill 2300. The room was always clearn. The hotel is a good choice for holidays, with a good price.

Hard to say

Nice hotel, very clean, comfy beds! Was a really pleasant stay.

Only downside was all inclusive beer seemed very watered down, some of the spirits not great either, definitely not the best selection. Food could get a bit samey but was tasty on the whole.

The family atnosphere in the facility, the vreat and varied meals including sweet and salty pastries many kinds of meat and fish a lot of vegtables and friuts, great desserts and tasty beverages and coktails. The roons are simple but very clean with aitcondition which is for free for Booking customers ad well as tbe safe. The manager Dimitris is very nice and helpful and so are the polite waiters amd Maria tbe receptionist. The hotel is very central 100 meter from the bus station to herkalion and the airport. The 3 shows a week were anazibg There was a Crete show, oriental show and a disco show. The swimming pool was nice. There was a refrigrator in the room. The roons are with a small terrace.

Nothing.

I visited here before and i love everything. The very friendly staff (don't know all names, sorry for that but Maria, Nikoz, Masha ...) the great food (breakfast and dinner), the very nice room (wonderful beds, big enough balcony). My best friend came to visit a week and while he was hesitant about the hotel food (he already said he wanted to eat in restaurants) we ate in the hotel every morning and evening. Next time will again be at Sergios.

The small tv 🤪 but seriously made just the showerhead, it was a bit loose it wasn't bad enough to complain about it and have it fixed and it didn't prevent me from having a good shower and clean myself.
