Hotel Iro

We are allowed to use either pool from Iro or Georgia’s hotel. Safe, quiet, good location. Good breakfast buffet.

The reception of Iro is closed and there is no sign from the street indicating that you need to report to Georgios hotel for check in. Very old TV not sure if it worked. No doors to block the sun from the balcony. Just after I booked with Booking.com and paid and the reservation could not be cancelled the hotel messaged me that due to a new policy they could not guarantee availability, that is unacceptable and Booking need to adress that. Also the beds cannot be moved because they are part of the room wall.

Lovely hotel situated near the beach in the centre of Hersonissos. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the warm welcome of Nikos in the dining room each day. The variety of food, the taste of it, we were amazed. A good value for money. It is a 2* hotel but with a 5* staff and restaurant services. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Hotel was on very good position,just 50 m away of bus station 22, where buses from and to Heraklion arrive, and 150 m from nearest beach. Room was clean and comfort.Beds were comfy.Wi fi worked perfect in whole hotel.Stuff were kind and helpful.Food was so various, delicious and tasty.There were a lot of different animations every evening.I will be back one day

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Hersonissos. Directly in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The food was excellent, the meals varied, a large selection of different dishes. The rooms were big and clean. A perfect ratio of price and quality.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was good. The room was super clean and fresh. Breakfast and dinner also were nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also there is free parking area near by the hotel. Reception is in Sergio's Hotel.

There are no heavy curtains, so in the morning the light is a little bit annoying.

Value of money, location that everything was very close and the beach is 200 meters to walk. Housekeeper from Ukraine was also very friendly and welcoming, everyday asked if everything is okay.

I was checked in to the next door hotel Sergios, and that was 10 points. I will specially highlight the food. I had breakfast and dinner buffet, and the food was fantastic. Plenty of tasteful food options, and new every day. Very nice and large outside eating area, next to the pool area.

Nothing to complain about for the friendly price I paid.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, tasty breakfast too!

WiFi signal not great (I wouldn’t recommend if you need to work), however the staff went out of their way to find me a solution. if you’re looking for a great spot to holiday, then this place I would recommend

I have booked a half-board room and I feel satisfied with that. The room was ok, the food really delicious, congratulations to the chef and all staff. Good value for money

We had troubles with the check-in, as I arrived about 1 hour after I have booked the room. Still, the manager and receptionist were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was exceptionally good! Very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast had a good variety or food.

The pool was not that great, but the beach was close.
