comfortable large rooms, good bathroom

there was no water in the room, the mini bar was removed, there is no kettle in the room, the bar in the hotel does not work in the evenings, we had to ask for hot water at the reception. if your room is not cleaned, they give you a voucher for one drink, but the hotel bar is closed every day. what is the meaning of these vouchers? And why is it so difficult to put a kettle in the room?

The girl at reception was very nice, even commented on my outfit! The room was perfect: clean, cozy and functional. Bathroom was small but for one person it was the perfect size. The shower was phenomenal! Also the position is very good, it's right at the exit of the highway and is at about 7 minutes to the city centre. (Quick tip: there's a speed camera just before the exit for Mainz!) Overall, my stay was perfect.

When I arrived they told me they were renovating some water tubes so it wasn't drinkable but for that they gave me a water bottle for free, so that was nice. The parking lot was supposed to be private but it was open for everyone to reach, so it wasn't totally "safe", but I had no problems.

The rooms were large, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was also decent. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection although the coffee served in a pot was a disappointment compared to the rest of the stuff served.

The hotel has a potential to be very good but you can see that it is in need of urgent renovation (doors and walls scratched, carpet looks old).

Hotel is bit older and looks more worn-out than on the photos but is still clean and has comfortable beds. It has toiletries which is very helpful and I liked it. Breakfast is good.

We payed the parking although it was not clossed during the night.

I like the room, I was really nice ! But next time I prefer to get room at least on the first floor

There was just a small thing, as I'm travelling a lot I can see lots of different hotels and even during this critical time, what a little bit surprised me was the breakfast as I was expecting a bit more, there were just some fruits and everything packed and some things just to make it as simple as possible. While I'm in different hotel's I saw much better variation of safe breakfast especially now during this time, that people used gloves but we had at least some warm food or fresh bread at least not packed crackers. Beside that everything was 😊

Too bad there was no possibility to have an electrical socket near the bed, because I need my machine to breathe and could not use it

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds.

Our room didnt have a water heater/coffee machine although it was advertised in the booking description.

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for a small stay.

The mini refrigerator in the room did not work.
