B&B Hotel Hamburg-Nord

We had a weekend stay for two adults and two children at B&B Hotel Hamborg-Nord. The room was spacious and clean with an appropriate temperature. Even you could hear other guests when they passed by sometimes in the corridor, but there wasn't any disturbance and it was quiet in the night. We had a good night sleep. The breakfast was basic but fine though a rather expensive. Free parking at the location was a big plus. The parking lot has many slots and there were several available slots even we arrived late in the evening. All in all we had a comfortable stay.

We didn't receive any information about breakfast during the booking or at check-in. In the morning we found out that you had to book breakfast in advance, so our wish to have breakfast was denied. There wasn't an electric kettle in the room, nor a coffee machine or tea facilities in the foyer, not even for a fee. Apart from the TV being very small, there were no channels for kids. The single beds were very narrow and weren't suitable for adults.

Super clean and very new Hotel. Very friendly staff. Would stay here anytime again. It's a bit further out from the city center. Walking distance to a U bahn station. It's a fantastic hotel. The breakfast area and offer looked so good. I would try it next time

I had to be in the this area but to visit the classic Hamburg sights it's maybe a bit outside. There was a very huge soccer field right in front of my window. It could be noisy and also constant whistle during training.

Friendly staff! New rooms, good value for money breakfast (diversified). We knew it was far from the main touristic attractions but public transportation is quite close. The Stadspark just 1 km away is a gem worth the visit. We also appreciated the free parking.

We were caught by surprise having to present a negative covid test for the family members who were not fully vaccinated (14 days after full vaccination). Luckily we had self tests with us and those were accepted. One of the rooms had not very clean carpets and caused allergies in family members.

Very good stay if you need parking. Close-by the subway, you get to the center and harbor pretty quickly.

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast, I had a better assortment at different places for the same money. They charge 10 euro for the breakfast and 1 euro extra for hot beverages, even if you won't drink tea or coffee.

The description of the property was spot-on. Just read it and decide for yourself if that is what you are looking for. Rooms were clean, Staff was friendly. Location was good, near a metro station.

Check-in was not very good. Check-in time was 14h, but that was not respected by the hotel. I think we managed to check in around 14h30

Cold nights during July! Surprisingly the air-conditioner is not designed to warm up the room. Setting the temperature to 30 didn't help. I borrowed noisy heater fan.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very nice as well, I would stay there again.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but it is located on a noisy street, it could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast. No need for key (had code) which is nice. WiFi was good. Price was very good.

Nothing....it was a good place to stay to visit Hamburg.

This was an aperfect location, far enough out of the city to be calmer on the roads, and almost next door to the metro. Spotlessly clean, and a fab breakfast.

Not there long enough

Fantastic work of the welcoming manager on duty, a great gentlemen who helped us a lot (we checked in on august 25 in the evening) and the manager was super helpful and kind hearted. The hotel is clean with all necessary things in place. Recommend it to the family with children. A spacious parking free of charge was a great plus
