Trip Inn Hotel Messe Westend

This was my first trip to Germany with my wife and 3 yrs old. The staff was very helpful, The rooms and toilets were bigger than other hotels we stayed in in Germany for similar price, The service was good and the food was also good. It is 650 m from the tram station and Natural history museum. The tram station is 3 stops away from the central station.

The entrance to the hotel is not wheelchair/pram accessible. Not recommended for wheelchair bound people. The pram/stroller should be fine if you are ok to fold and lift for 10 stairs.

We were just connecting flights in Frankfurt but as luck would have it we lost our flight on the way to our destination and we found this hotel to stay in. We thought it was a good place to stay over the night. Clean and quiet. On our way back again we had a long delay of our first flight so again we lost our connection and this hotel was where we wanted to stay again. We did not stay long or do much of anything as we just needed a place for the night but it was quite nice

The only thing missing was air conditioning. It was very hot during these days. It did not bother us very much though.

The breakfast was various and tasty. The room was comfy and clean. Minibar and safe in room available. Really good location. The Hotel itself walking distance to Messe. The bathroom spacious. All in all a really good stay for value. I would recommend it for short stays.

Not something very much bothering for me, but the slamming of the doors is loud. You couldn"t influence it. The personal is friendly but not everyone was speaking german, so it could be difficult to explain yourself.

Generally ok. The facilities were good, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and delicious.

We were located in106 room, it is 0 floor, just in couple meters from stairs and reception. I don't know which logic rules there, but every morning I hear how kids were running upside-down and playing there. The hole under the door doesn't give any sound isolation. Also EVERYDAY someone by mistake from the staff knocked at 7:30-8 am, and every time in was "sorry my mistake". Cleaning in the room was the next: we made the bed, put the sign please clean, they came picked up garbage and re- made the bad. But floors, toilet, glasses weren't clean.

The breakfast buffet was great and very filling. The location was about a 15-minute walk from the main Frankfurt train station but also not too far from the Skyline Plaza shopping centre. There was also a small supermarket about 7 mins walk away and a nice & cheap pizzeria/pasta take away just across the street. The area is very commercial/residential

Only issue was the stairs at the front up to reception and to the lobby. Very annoying for a pram/buggy with bags. Otherwise there was a a lift that only went up to the rooms, not down to the breakfast room. So not very pram/buggy or wheelchair friendly.

They have a best price guarantee if you book directly with them :p Oh well... The reception staff and especially the room service staff are VERY friendly and courteous. The room was as booked and acceptable for the price paid.

The staff in the breakfast room do not understand a single word in any standard language whatsoever. I tried German, English, French, no chance. The walls of my room looked a bit beat-up and worn down. The other guests in this hotel that I met during breakfast had no manners. The hotel does not have any amenities like a four-star hotel usually does.

The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, close to train stations (both underground & tram), shopping mall, and the city centre is within walking distance. The staff are friendly.

I wish there was a rack or hanger in the toilet to hang towels, and it would be nicer if the water bottle was free.

Friendly staff. Extraordinary breakfast, very tasty. Good location, close to the train station and the center (and a call-a-bike station close by). The room was quite, mainly clean and very practical, comfortable beds.

Minor problems with cleanness, some strange spots on the curtains, on a towel, and on the toilet paper. But the rest was very clean anyway, and the room completely fine!

Perfect location, either walking distance (approx. 30 min) to the center or via train (just a few minutes. Safe and very nice area. The staff is great, room is big and clean and we LOVE the breakfast.

Our card to enter our room did not work twice and had to go to the reception to fix that.

The location is pleasant- green and calm, just a 6-minute walk to U-Bahn. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was exactly the same for all five days I stayed and the choice is quite limited. There is no way one can close the door quietly. So it might be noisy in the morning.
