NH Frankfurt Messe

The room met all expectations. The bed was very comfortable. In fact, nothing to comment on or criticise. Breakfast was well arranged and was very good. The service was also super. Nice and helpful people. I think expectations for about the location is different for everyone. But for me, the location was super convenient. My office is across the street. There is no better location for me.

The only thing I found annoying was that every night they come to the door for the minibar, I think, and if you don't respond because you are resting they just open the door. And on the last day, day of departure, they open the door up to three times to see if you have already left. I don't think it's normal practice for a hotel.

Excellent location, just across the Messe, the U-bahn station, and walkable from the main train station. There was a welcome drink of cold water and sweets on the first day we arrived and on the second day there were cold drinks (beer, aperitif) which was very welcome given the heat wave. There were muffins, sweets, and KitKats. I'm not interested in sweets but I though it was a nice touch. The rooms were nice and clean but I can still spot some things (but I have a high standard). The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was sufficient. We requested a quiet room and our request was accommodated.

On the last day, the cleaner was already banging loudly at the door at 10 AM despite the Do-Not-Disturb sign hanging on the door. Check-out was not until 12. It was a bit annoying but understandable that he wanted to get things done.

Excellent attitude of the staff to any request! Great breakfast. Very clean. Good location, right across the shopping plaza, 2 minutes to metro.

The rooms were quite comfortable. The location is great, it is close to the main train station but on 'the good' part. The in-room service was great.

We were not informed in advanced of the breakfast price, and there is no publicly displayed price list. We assumed it was around 15€, so we agreed. After realizing our card charges, we saw that the price was 24€ each person. It was not a nice surprise. For that the price, there is a lot of room for improvement in variety and quality. We recommend to avoid paying for breakfast in this place.

Easily accessible by public transport (one stop by U4 from Frankfurt HBf, U-Bahn entrance directly across the road from hotel), very quiet room (request a room facing away from the street), decent breakfast available, shopping centre (with supermarket) about 5 min walk away, quiet area (choose somewhere else if you're after noise, hub-bub and abundant nightlife!) As a basic, though perfectly functional, hotel it has everything you need.

Smallish room (though perfectly fine for one person), fridge could be cooler (don't know if it's much below 12-15 degC), room air conditioning only just coped with very hot (37 degC) Frankfurt weather (tip: keep the AC going when you're not in the room by putting a plastic card - gym membership card, supermarket membership card, anything really! - in the slot where your room key card would normally go).

I like the fact that I could do online checkin before my arrival and could choose the room with facilities and location (floor, window view) I like. The staff are well trained and very helful. The room is just awesome. It's spacious, super clean and very quiet. The location is excellent, just 1 min walk to the nearest tram/subway stations and 5 mins to the main station by tram. Everything is amazing. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Frankfurt!

We liked the hotel, everything was fine and clean (except for mirrors, but it's not a big deal). The bed was great and super comfortable. The location is amazing, lots of restaurants around the corner, it only takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel from the main railway station. U Bahn station was just in front of the hotel. The view from our room wasn't particularly beautiful but we didn't really cared about it. Would stay again, if we decide to visit Frankfurt one more time

The location, the delicious breakfast and staff that were friendly and welcoming. A number of the staff were fluent in English which was quite helpful. However, while all the staff were good in their bits, Khalid in the Reception and Suzi in the Restaurant were exceptionally attentive and helpful.

The leaking showerhead and duvet that was too small to cover up an average adult.

1. I stayed in March’22 in the room 208. Comfortable size of the room compared to rooms offered by other hotels for the same price. 2. The room is newly furnished, a lot of light (it has windows on 2 sides). 3. Very quite room. It faces the street, but I couldn’t here anything. There are 2 lines of windows in order to block the street noice. Also i didn’t hear my neighbors, may be just a bit in the morning, but just a couple of times and absolutely not critical. 4. The bathroom is new, modern design in grey color, with a tub. There are available shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, hand gel and body/hand lotion. 5. Breakfast was good, including fruits, cereals, yougurt, eggs, cheese, salami, croissants, muffins, sausages, toasts, pancakes, etc. I also liked the breakfast timing: from 06:00 till 12:00, not every hotel offers late breakfasts. 6. The personnel is nice & helpful. Also they answer quite fast the messages in booking.
