Motel Frankfurt

I always stay here when in Frankfurt. This is a very decent and clean motel, close to the Westend Campus of Frankfurt University, a bit outside the city centre. Easy access by public transit. No frills but very competitive pricing and good breakfast buffet. Excellent wifi. Staff is responsive too.

The pillows are very soft and don’t provide much support. The lighting behind the bed is too dim for reading. Otherwise great value and no complaints.

The check-in was smooth. Staffs at the reception explain the issues well. Breakfast was good. The location is nice, well-connected to public transport and supermarket while remains quiet. The Internet connection was good.

The toilet was not very clean, as I saw a small insect and a piece of stain. The isolation of noise can be improved as I can hear almost everything happening in the corridor, although it was quiet for the majority of the night.

I had an injury that required me to use crutches to walk. I let the hotel know before arrival and they gave us a ground floor room that was a very short walk to the breakfast room. We could also bring the car close to our room door which was a blessing.

The bathroom was a little cramped as I need to use crutches. Without the crutches this would have been fine.

My daughter starts college in Frankfurt soon so we both went over to get her settled in. Our accommodation was really nice. The breakfasts were lovely, lots of choice and plenty of it. The location is absolutely fantastic, better than I expected. The staff were so friendly & helpful. My husband is going over soon to stay in Motel Frankfurt

located just a five-minute walk from the metro making it a very convenient location. room was clean and comfortable, and had ample space for us and our luggages. breakfast was a modest buffet, but was still satisfying.

nothing i can think of, it was perfect for what we needed.

The breakfast was very good,a great selection from cereal to cold meats and hot meals. Very good selection of teas and the coffee machine was excellent and the staff terrifically helpful.

Pillows were too soft and not supportive.

Basic, clean, and comfortable Staff accommodated late check in. Communication was excellent Breakfast was very good Good value The location is ok. Accessible to train/public transport, but just off a main road. Not may amenities around.

The room was nice, breakfast also. Quiet. Dark if the curtains closed.

The wifi was poor sometimes and I needed to reconnect. When I arrived the room was cold. I turned up the heating that got a nice temperature by evening, no problem after that.

The staff were very friendly and happily spoke English. The breakfast was excellent and helped to get the day going. The place was exceptionally clean and warm. It was so good I went back to stay for another night!

Perhaps a kettle on the room would have been handy.

Location not far from the highway, easy to get. Free parking on site. No problem with late check-in.

Breakfast is good, but seems like cafeteria staff doesn't replenish the dishes in due time after "rush hour".
