Friendly helpful staff on arrival and helpful staff on checkout. We were able to lock our bicycles up safely in the secure underground carpark. Modern accommodation right on the edge of the old town, within walking distance of all the sights. Good size room. Plenty of electrical outlets with USB points at bedside. Room large enough to store luggage without tripping over it. Breakfast had lots of options. Reception area had a self-serve station for takeaway coffee on checkout - we didn’t use it as we were on bicycles, but what a unique idea that left a good impression. We were able to check in 2 hours early (the hotel didn’t seem that busy).

Air conditioning did not cool the room. Very noisy road at all hours; the windows could not be left open to cool the room due to the noise. Restaurant not open on Sunday night. Normal 4pm check-in time is very late.

The room was small but comfortable. it had a coffee machine which we could also use to boil water for our tea. A good variety of breakfast choices. The Reception staff and the Breakfast Room staff were very friendly.

Limited supply of tea supplied to room, only two tea bags a day. Also only two milks and 3 sugars replenished each day. The day before we were to leave they totally forgot to replenish the tea, sugar and milk, which we only realised when we went to get a cup of tea before bed.

Location perfect for those traveling by train, and central market accessible within 5-7 minutes of walking. Staff was extremely friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, with large selection available. Open-air stadium seating space in lobby is enjoyable for children, or the sofas at the top of the stairs are great for adults wishing to have a coffee/tea.

Potential drawbacks: (1) could hear other guests opening and closing doors, noisy talking in hallway, (2) coffee and tea provided in the room, but unsure if water from sink in the bathroom was clean and drinkable, as staff did not mention it at check-in. (3) Inner courtyard with children's playground is nice, but this too should be a non-smoking zone; in this day and age with abundant evidence on the harms of tobacco, Germany should be enforcing designated smoking areas with air filtration systems in order to keep carcinogens away from children and non-smoking adults alike.

Bar is beautiful and drinks were very good. Its all arranged with a lot of taste. Very comfortable bed and lighting in the room. Availability of coffee to go is an amazing idea :).

It was difficult to keep the floor in the bathroom dry due to the shape of shower and door; I needed to use the floor heating for it. The room was quite small.

Parking was in site.

Breakfast was not for a 4star hotel. Hotel bar was open only during night for little time. A balkony with one chair and not a table. Paying extra money in order to have my room ready 35 minutes before the time that i was supposed to have it (despite the fact that on my reservation i had informed that i will arrive at that time and they did not mentioned that i would have to pay extra).

Breakfast was really good as they had a lot of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is Tcontemporary inside but is so well lighted with natural light it makes it homey and warm. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The location is in a small village but so well maintained so easy to walk around.

I have no complains. It was conveniently located near the station,It was modern with alll conveniences, . It had a lovely open space courtyard, which was brilliant in the heat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, For breakfast were excellent choices available.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly (reception and breakfast room) and ready to help. Everything was clean and new.

Room is small (bathroom OK) but the area around the bed wasn't enough to open suitcases.

I liked it very much, very friendly staff, a lot of space. I heard there was also a gym, which I’ll be heading to, next time

At some point someone forgot to refill the tissue box, not that important

Sparkling clean. Location is good close to the city center. Breakfast is really good with products from the local area. Safety rules in place. Possibility to park either in parking or in the street.

Restaurant was closed and the one they did recommend to us was closed since 2 weeks.
