The building is quite new and all materials were in good conditions.
The staff from the reception was extremly unpolite/racist. The offered me un uncleaned room and when I went back to the reception he was unpolite and he did not want to change the room with a clean one. He threatened me to cancel my reservation if I didn't kindly ask him to change my room. I didn't have time to file a complaint with the hotel manager because I was late and left early in the morning. Please be careful with the staff of the dear hotel b & b because the guests pay for the services offered and deserve the due respect

The property was within walking distance to the Ravensburg Razorbacks American Football stadium where my family and I attended a game. It was a very warm day, so the air conditioning was nice.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great shower, and a few fun small extras.
Advice: arrive early to secure one of the very limited parking spaces (they need to approximately triple capacity in the high season). We had to park nearby in a less secure location. Many guests parked in unmarked spots around the hotel, but bewate that this blocks fire access.

The hotel is right next to an alpaca farm! The room was very good, the breakfast very abundant (buffet) and the area quiet.
Parking facilities. It was always a problem parking the car but we always managed it!

It was close to the train station and close to the restaurants. In front of the hotel was a llama farm, which was very amusing. Value for money and clean. These hotels have a standard quality and they never disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and we have our little dog with us during our stay. The place is just 30 minutes drive to Lake Constance and there is restaurants, gas station and grocery store nearby. It is an ideal location.

Everything about the property is great. Great location and close to Lake Konstanz and driving to Austria.
The parking is usually full. But they have a n option parking across the street from the hotel.
