Very good value for money 100 meter from train station en city center.. location perfect.. Also helpful owner who is really kind and takes the time to explain how to walk to the city places.. I booked 1 day online and wanted to stay 2 days more and payed cash.. but the day before last I needed to go to another city.. I told him and he just give me my 50 euro back from the last night.. no questions asked.. how wonderful.. he didn't had to do that, but he did it out of him own kindness.. thank you sir! Of course I'm a bit biased now but it is really good value for money and perfect located.. it's not a luxe hotel.. but you have everything you need and most importantly for me.. it's clean!

For the money I gave it was a good deal. It was the cheapest in three towns (memmingen, gunzburg and ulm) I searched all the area and it was the only room with this price (42 per night for 1 adult and 1 kid). The bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi perfect. The host was nice he answered my message (i could not found the password for the internet and he sent me). It had clean towels and shampoos.

We were on the 4th floor only stairs not elevator. I buy my own toilet paper. In the kitchen on the microwave it had food from other guests but old food like it has been there a month it was covered with a white smelly thing. Also the toilet had the same smell. BUT again, it was the cheapest in all the area so I was ok i am not complaining. I didn't expect a lot for the money i gave. The room it was all clean! I would stay again there.

Location is central which is excellent.

The access to the front door is not visible at night. There was not enough lighting at the door and on the stairs. Our check-in was problematic because there was no staff to meet us and we were not able to unlock the door. A man from the nearby restaurant called the property owner on the phone and he told him how to open the door, which he did with difficulty. The cleaning lady did not want to help us, she even did not want to speak with us.

Good place near the city centre; reasonable price; the rooms were somewhat minimalistic, but clean. Nearby Parkhaus was expensive (20€/day?), but e.g. near Karlsplatz one can carefully avoid reserved parkings and park for free.

Super small kitchen for whole hostel (some 6m² ?), missing any chairs, pan lids and cutting boards. Only one shared toilet for three rooms on a floor. Only one key for three people sharing a room (given out by a machine = nobody to talk with at reception = no option to get another key).

The staff were super helpful and friendly, when I parked my car in a wrong place, they were really willing to help. The location is very good, just close to the main station, there are many stores nearby. The room was large and clean, with a large TV and good WiFi connection.

The room was a little dark, only one lamp on the roof. The washing liquid beside the basin was empty. Parking is not easy here, but I think this is because of the close-to-city location.

I'd got a big clean well equipped room. Good location: right close to the centre and to the rail station.

The price seems to be quite high. There are no additional services like breakfast etc. There were some problems getting the site: no sign; the entrance was blocked by parked cars; key machine worked strangely.

Proximity to the train station, spacious room, automatic key disposal, water in the room, four beds, sufficient furniture, questions are answered by email quite quickly, the staff is on the property during the day time.

Bathroom

No breakfast as I was out very early. Location was excellent as less than 5 minutes from main railway station

Everything was ok.

It was close to everything that I needed to get to. At night it is hard to find. The sign is not lit but I did finally did find it.

There was a dorito under the bed and some trash between the cabinet and the wall under the TV. Also, would be good if there was a trash can either in the restroom or under the desk.

Central location great and close public transport links for arena in Neu Ulm. If I'd had stayed in room with a couple of friends would be perfect.

The stairs to room, but maybe I'm just lazy lol.
