Quite simple room with all that is needed. The location is fantastic. Feels safe to walk around. I would stay again :)

I wished they could have saved my baggage for more than two hours. That would have helped me a great deal.

A very charming, homelike place. The breakfast was excellent, and there were lots of quirky and colorful decor touches adding to the general appeal of the room and the public spaces. It was also convenient to transit links so we had no problem getting around. Would very much recommend!

Breakfast was very good from fruit, to beverages, to eggs and baked goods. We also enjoyed meats and cheeses. Staff was friendly and outdoor patio dining in beautiful garden charming.

Room very small but otherwise very nice.

liked the room, v comfortable, basic but has all i needed. requested room at the back as It may be quieter and they did this for me which was great. in the right location for where I wanted and close to bars and restaurants. breakfast was basic but nice and a good area to sit in. It had AC which was great which I did not need in the winter but helpfult know it could be used in the summer. Also for a short stay good to see they did not change towels or bedding as its not needed and lets be kinder to the environment :-)

noise from people clomping around in the room upstairs and in the corridors was not ideal, people should be more aware that there are other guests staying and the walls are not 100's of inches thick. ear plugs did the trick. Also avoid getting a room near the lift if you can and if you are bothered by noise.

The green backyard, the nice surprises, everywhere. No standard hotel, but same comfort!

Booking will place this as a negative comment, but it was not. Just want to share this as improvement tip for the team, it did NOT influence my stay. The breakfast was truly excellent, many choices, but too little placed on the buffet of very high demanded items, like orange juice, scrambled eggs, butter and natural yogurt. My tip: place two portions, as big as what you have today, so that you can refill while the 2nd portion is available for guests ;)

The hotel had a very sweet "boutique-style", but not too fancy. The location in a quiet side street of the hip Prenzlauer Berg Kiez is exceptional! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet, enjoyed in the morning sun through the very big windows in the hall, is definitely worth the money! Very nice tea selection! We will definitely come back!

Room service only on demand - which is generally a good and environmental friendly thing to do. But even with the "room service tag" out on the third day of our stay, the room wasnt cleaned. But maybe we put it out too late.. ;-)

We liked everything. Very quirky decor, good garden with birdsong. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The night security guard even boiled the kettle for my hot water bottle! There is a mini car in the foyer and you can play old fashioned music box tunes in the lift. There is a bar but no restaurant so they are happy for you to order in and help you to do it. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast excellent.

Breakfast is good. Even tho we tried it only once. The location is great, close to Mauer Park and streets with cafes and other interesting places. Lidl next door, 5 minutes walking to the U-bahn.

Cleaning didn't come often, we left the room in the morning, hoping to return to the clean room (we had some trash with food leftovers), but it turned out that cleaning staff was off so no one came and room was a bit dusty, but they cleaned it first thing the next morning which was great.

Great location for use to access the conference we were attending and the city. Local restaurants also very good. Bedroom was comfortable, if a bit too warm for our taste. The breakfast provided is also excellent with a wide range of choice. Super nice and helpful staff and owner. We had a street facing room and cannot understand review complaints about noise, it is a really nice residential area, little traffic on the road and a school directly in front - very peaceful, unless you do not like bird song (or children)!

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast seating area inside and out was very pleasant and serene. Also the Woman who overseas the kitchen and breakfast was warm, friendly and accommodating.

The front door and desk staff didn't make any special effort to help us navigate the city by public transportation. They were fine, but nothing special.
