Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt

It is great alternative to hotels as you get fully furnished apartment (with dishwasher, washing machine, basic dishes, towels).

Overall it is was geat, there some minor things which could be improved, but they did not bother too much.

Amazing location. The room was really warm and spacious.

There was construction going on early in the morning that we weren’t aware about and some of the staff weren’t very understanding as the construction had started before 7 in the morning

Adina provided everything I needed for a wonderful week in Berlin. It is ideally located just steps away from Museum Island, an S Bahn station, and well-served bus and tram stops. There is a large supermarket and lots of eateries nearby, plus the well-supplied kitchenette was perfect for snacking or having a meal without going out. Active and fun neighborhood—online photos don’t really convey hotel’s well situated setting. Quiet, secure room.

I liked everything about this place. Only suggestion I would make is for them to place a roll of paper towels in kitchenette.

The location of the hotel could not have been better, literally one block from the entrance to the trains, trams etc. and central to walking all of the center of Berlin. The room, though well equipped and comfortable, did not provide an actual "city view" - as we were directly across from a much taller over-shadowing building. We should have been placed on the more open-viewing side.

The gym was too cramped for actual workouts; and impossible to share with more than two people -- which was unfortunate for our 6-day-long stay. While the front desk team were helpful and friendly, the Bartender did not seem eager to host nor serve clients in his bar -- introducing himself with instructions for us to come-up to the bar to order drinks etc. -- even when we were two of only four people in the establishment; not welcoming; and we would have otherwise patronized heavily, noting that other residents clearly felt the same. You are losing a lot of business.

When I booked third night I came to a wesite that gave me a price of 1657 sek but when I got to pay I didn’t see that the website had an additional fee of about 520 sek extra servicefee. The total pay for one night 2100 sek!!!

The location is the best 2 blocks from the train. Adina has very good pieces with everything to be at home for several days. What I suggest is that one day they change the carpets for wood, they were stained. The water from the shower seeped through the floor onto the carpet and was very unpleasant. We had no salt or sugar, which they brought when we advised. Given the sanitary issue, it would be good if the sponges for washing dishes were new, it was impossible to use the one they left behind. In many hotels they leave a new sponge in a bag, they don't cost much and they make a big difference in service, for the price of the rooms these details are expected by some. The pots were not clean or rather, very used with stains and food remains from other guests. Otherwise very good location a few blocks from Unter der Linden, from the museum island.

The water that seeps from the shower into the rest of the bathroom and the carpet in the room. The stained carpet, the lack of sugar and salt and the dirty pots. Leave a new sponge to wash the dishes, the one that was there was disgusting and it costs nothing. the kettle was also not clean

Just a stone's thrown from the Hackescher Markt station which you can take directly from Brandenburg Airport. Quiet inside with the windows closed in spite of its proximity to this busy station. A decent sized apartment with a balcony overlooking the Fernsehturm. Climate control was good. Rewe and bakeries just around the corner with fresh breakfast options daily. The gym is basic but has some free weights and cable pulleys. We didn't use the spa but was nice to have this option. Room service did a great job too. I usually stay in an Airbnb but would stay here again for the convenience of the facilities and the location.

There were no wipes in the gym to clean down equipment after use- would think that this should be a priority in this climate. The shower over bath was very high and awkward to get into, with the protective shower screen not a very good design at keeping the water in the bath.

this is the fourth time we have stayed here and the rooms were always very clean and well maintained however this time we found the room in need of a lick of paint and a bit of TLC (room 503) hem down in the curtain dirty wall and chipped paint and strange bangs and noises coming from the radiator when the heating was turned up towel rail in the bathroom only warm once in our stay the lovely and cozy fire in the reception was never on which made the reception area feel cold and uninviting

Rooms are very quiet and the shades are very effective, so you are not waken up by noise or sunlight. The studio is very spacious and well equipped. The location is very good. Steps from public transportation, a coffee shop and a supermarket, and only a couple hundred yards/meters from the Heckescher Markt courtyards - restaurants, shops, cafe’s etc. Museum Island is a short walk away, and so is AlexanderPlatz.

The doors are ridiculously hard to open. The springs are just too tight. Daily cleaning was not as thorough as I’d like. The body-wash shampoo combination could have been better.

If I could find a word to enhance sensational I would to describe this truely wonderful hotel. The beautiful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the generous size, the lovely housekeeping that keep the hotel in immaculate condition. Close to everything walking distance and a cafe around the corner for breakfast. Easy to walk everywhere and helpful reception. Thank you for making our first stay in Berlin magical. TIP Enjoy a meal at Avocado Club 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakast lunch and dinner amazing. Beautiful hosts.

That I had to leave after 4 days.
