Okko Hotel Lille Centre is really fantastically situated, right in the centre of Lille, just a short walking distance from the train station, Palais des Beaux Arts, and the Vieux Lille district and it's many lovely cafés and bars. While is doesn't have a private parking, there is a public parking garage right next to it(Parking Indigo - rues piétonnes, le 31), for those arriving by car. The hotel is has a minimalist and clean aesthetic, but is still plenty comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and kept tidy daily. The beds are comfortable and made up with linen bedsheets, which is a nice alternative. All in all a lovely hotel to stay in for a weekend break in Lille. Bonus points for the "Club" part of the hotel, which is the dining and bar area, where free drinks (coffee, water, juice) and snacks are served all day long, with a complimentary cheese and cold cut platter served in the evening, and a lovely outside seating area.

Amazing location that's a short walk from all the main attractions which meant I didn't have to take any public transport. The lounge and fitness center were lovely additions to the hotel where you could have complimentary hot drinks/cold drinks. Really nice for solo travellers who want to truly relax.

Although the lounge was nice, I would have liked the freedom to bring tea/coffee from the lounge to my room as there wasn't a kettle in the room which I missed (complimentary drinks were only allowed to be consumed in the lounge.) There was also a sign in the room asking to reuse towels for sustainability reasons (which I really appreciated) but my towels were replaced every day anyway.

The lounge area was filthy dusty, signs of not being cleaned for days/months. The room is much smaller than expected, it's quite cramped for 2 persons. The hotel didn't provide hand towel for the toilet which is separated with the shower area.

The location of the hotel is right in the city centre. Close to historical buildings, museums, pedestrian shopping, and about a ten minute walk to a large shopping centre, the main train station and Lille Europe. There are many cafes and restaurants to choose from, the main square is just 5 minutes away, where there are bars to enjoy a drink in the evenings. The hotel breakfast was excellent, offering a continental choice as well as a hot option. The evening free tapas plates and free soft and hot drinks throughout the day in “The Club, were a lovely touch.

There was no decaffeinated coffee on offer. The shower set up is very continental, being open to the rest of the hotel room, which I am not a fan of, especially if sharing a room with a friend, but we are seeing more and more of this in our travels abroad.

The hotel has opened recently, it is very modern, nicely decorated and has all conforts. The room we stayed was a bit small but comfortable. The hotel is located in the city centre of Lille in the shopping area, not far from the train stations, the grande place and the old city. Ideal location. Overall, a very good choice.

Excellent location, staff, and facilities. The lounge area is huge, comfy, and well-stocked - I loved it as a co-working space. The staff were also quite helpful, especially in regards to allergies and food intolerances. Rooms were small, but had everything you need, including a stylish fold-away desk, comfy bed, good lighting, and great shower pressure. My room faced a side street so was quiet despite being in a central location.

The sauna was nice, but required a significant wait in the evenings in front of the unit, and then you still had to contend with people trying to bust in while it was full. I'd suggest that the staff consider maintaining a list of appointments to prevent this from happening.

Beautifully designed room with lovely features, paint hues, bed linen and a comfortable bed. Staff helpful and pleasant and the check out at 2pm made it much easier for sightseeing on our second day. We didn’t have breakfast but the free drinks and snacks were great. Good view of the city from the room and a good central location for Lille centre.

The bathroom shower is within the room with only a slatted panel to partition the area but you can see it clearly - so hopefully you know whoever you are sharing the room with well!

A calming hotel in the middle of the city. The room is very clean and comfortable. The free drinks and snacks throughout our stay was also a nice extra touch. Parking our car was really easy because of the parking garage located right next to the hotel with reasonable price.

Not that I don't like it, but the shower cabin was not in a separated room (only using a divider in the bedroom). If you are travelling with friends/colleagues, that could create some awkward situations.

The location of this hotel is excellent for the centre of Lille. I believe the room that is used for breakfast is available throughout the day as a place to work, relax and grab a coffee. However I only overheard this being explained to another guest. That is a great resourse that should be explained fully to all guests. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel which had a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks and I considered it reasonable value. It is a shame it was not included in the price of what was already a very expensive room rate. I like the eco ethos of the hotel. Our room was very quiet, but I had requested a quiet room ahead of our stay.

I didn't like the style of the room initially, but I got used to it. It is very open plan. Only share with someone you know well! The rooms are very minimalist, and sometimes a little 'style over substance', but we had everything we needed. The beds are good, the feather pillows too soft for our taste, but that is personal.
