- I really appreciated this experience. Good location, maybe little bit far from the city center (20 minutes walking), but at the same time close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. - In the photo of Booking rooms look quite old, but in reality my room was "fresh" and modern, probably renovated. The bed was large and comfortable. There is a kitchen with all necessary stuffs if you want to cook. A nice view from the balcony. - The hotel has a wonderful panoramic view. It was great to enjoy the ocean sitting on a bench. There is a swimming pool and a golf club. - Friendly stuff. - Good rapport "price / quality"

1) You have to pay all "extra" services, for example: - You should clean your room or pay extra (around 40 euro seems to me quite expensive) - I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and you can change for free your towels and bed linen only once a week (if you want to change it more often, you need to pay). 2) The reception is open only at certain hours.

Beautiful views over the ocean from the accommodation. Easy walk to a lovely beach and swimming pool with a view. Apartment was spotlessly clean and a good size. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Info on the website was a little misleading in terms of public transport available into the town. Air conditioning would be good in the rooms- the week we stayed it wasn't particularly great weather yet the apartment was still very stuffy at night.

The code for entry was changed at the weekend without our knowledge and do we couldn’t get in until we found another guest who told us the code. It is also a bit unusual to have to clean the apartment at the end - if we hadn’t we would have been charged 55 euros.

The location is within 30 minutes walk from the city centre, and in shorter walking distance were a few nice restaurants. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was great

When we got into the apartment, there was a "welcome package", which turned out to be a box with a dishwasher tablet, a J cloth, and a small bottle of detergent. I was quite annoyed, to be honest. And we had to strip the beds before we went...

Great location with secure car parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free local bus available within a 5 min walk to get into centre of Biarritz. Great facilities … outdoor pool, tennis court, mini golf and table tennis (although too windy to play :-)

We had to clean our apartment at the end of the holiday. I think it’d be better if this was included with the price you pay. You could borrow their hoover from reception, or there were basic pan & brush in the apartment.

the location is great! the staff are super duper helpful! the apartments are cozy and it was super fun to be able to cook/hang out!

it would have been helpful to have some very basic supplies in the apartments- trash bags, dish soap, salt and pepper. There are great kitchens but it doesn’t make sense to buy everything to cook for a two night stay! and guests are expected to do all their dishes as well, but there is not soap provided or anything like that.

Sun loungers SO uncomfortable My key got stuck on two occasions. Once I couldn’t get out of my room and the second time I couldn’t get in to my room. The lady on reception who I asked for help was extremely rude and very unhelpful and grumpy.

Fabulous location and super-sized apartment with an incredible Ocean view. Walking distance to beach, restaurants. Beautiful grounds with Pool. First class establishment very competitively priced.

Would have preferred a shower to a tub with a shower attachment, but after all, this is France.

Apartment itself was a little tired, although everything worked well and was comfortable/well equipped, probably hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while.

This apartment/studio was perfect for our stay, near the beach. I liked the secluded part of the building not in the direct path of the wind so could enjoy meals on the balcony.
