Perfect location. Nice room with comfortable bad and comfortable table to work on. Nice hot shower. Nice breakfast.

The facilities are a bit old - the table in the bathroom was a bit broken, the carpet was a bit old. One problem - you need to say if you want the crew to clean your room (which is completely OK), however, at this time they don't even bring toilet paper \ take the garbage out.

A big room with an air conditioner that really worked. High ceiling. Rather old furniture and lots of outlets/sockets. I liked the general feel of the hotel. Parking was good and you cannot get any more central than this. The "hotel Buddy" check in and out system, where you open your door with your mobile phone was easy and I would not mind experiencing that in more places.

Breakfast was good and had everything I want and then some. However, the fried eggs were like rubber and the cheese slices had all glued together and could not be separated. On another note the bacon was really top notch.

At the hotel where at the breakfast is Prosecco for offer is usually all good. Everything was better than expected. Parking, room, bed, breakfast.

The location is great, right next to the town hall square and close to different museums. Tartu isn't very big so everything in the old town is within walking distance, including the bus station. The staff was friendly, I only interacted with the receptionist but she was nice and smiling. The room and the bathroom were both spacious and clean, perhaps a little dated but well taken care off

The room could use some better soundproofing: a group of football players (maybe 10 years old) made a lot of noise in the hallway for a big part of the evening

The hotel is in a superb Tartu Old Town location. It is a very modern, fully updated establishment. Our room was very good, clean and comfortable. The choice of breakfast was superb. Staff are very friendly. As the hotel has many cafes and restaurants around, it can get noisy on a warm summer's day, but if you wish you can close the windows and put the air conditioning on.

Hotel has dedicated car parking, but it is quite limited for the size of it and can be used by non-residents. In the end we got lucky with the parking slot, but for planning purposes I would have wished to be more aware of this as the alternatives are not straight forward and can be costly. The staff were great overall, but perhaps could have been a bit more focussed and clearer with their advise when we asked about alternative parking.

Many things I liked about the hotel. - Staff were very friendly. Much thanks, especially to Liidia (?) at the bar for her help. - Rooms were clean and better than expected - Location is superb, especially where I had to go for meetings - The hotel was accommodating to my needs, and was very friendly - Also liked that they hosted Ukrainian family who were displaced from their country

Hmm. Maybe the shower could have been a little better, and the amenities in the shower but I brought my own soap and shampoo/conditioner, so wasn't a big deal. Bottles of water would have been nice. So, nothing I can say that I didn't like.

Check in was very easy - the staff speaks both Estonian and English. The room was very comfortable and was spacious. The breakfast was out of this world with several options to choose from including a hot bar and a desert of ice cream. I didn't go for the ice cream but maybe next time. The breakfast was a 10. The location was central yet very quiet.

I the morning I had trouble with the shower. It came on ok but the knob to turn the water to shower was stuck and took sometime to get it to work. Everything else was good.

Large ensuite room plentiful breakfast - 1st time my wife had prosecco for breakfast :-) Right in the middle of Tartu

Parking is a nearby public carpark, faffy to arrange hotel approval Recently built high rise student place next door looks right into rooms Very echoey corridors, so you'll know when the other guests get in late, go for early breakfast or wheel their luggage past your room

One of the best Tartu hotels , opinion is based in comprision with my previous staying in different Tartu hotels. In my opinion, breakfast in SOHO is the best in Tartu. Clean room ,polite staff. Well disained and spacy breakfast room.

No private parking vacant slots on the weekends and school holidays . This is the really problem ,if you are ariving before check in time,but location in the midle of downtown( main square 60 m ).
