Amazing hotel. We stayed in a suite and the room was spacious and tastefully decorated with lovely views over the golf course. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was incredible (we were half board and were never disappointed, so much choice and it was all delicious). I couldn’t fault the hotel or it’s staff.

Everything was great.

Everything in this hotel is exceptional from our first contact as we requested an early check in till check out. Pool is amazing, beach on the lagoon is exceptional with Mohamed Mounir the best life guard ever 😃 and Alaa from beach bar. Food is super delicious and everyone in the staff is friendly and supportive. I would like to thank Ms. Doreen and Mr. Peter as they made our check in an amazing experience. We loved our stay here and would like to thank the whole team as they gave us a memorable experience.

I would like to thank the staff for their pleasant attitude and readiness to help at all times. The receptionist, Peter, was very welcoming and helpful, as as well as the staff at the restaurants and those serving breakfast. they were very nice and patient with my nearly two-year-old daughter. I would also to thank the staff at the beach bar, Bassem, Mina and Mostafa, as well as the staff giving away towels who were very helpful and decent.

Mosquitos despite effort to help

It's pretty perfect, a pure visual delight of sandy/desert colour schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over lagoons and golfcourses. Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in buffees, all served in a very nice way. Fresh strawberry, mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. Evening runs between the golfcourses looking at a sunset in the mountains over the lagoons makes it totally worth taking running shoes with you. It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!

If any then I would have loved to visit a in-house well curated local crafters and designers shop (to avoid too pushy sellers in downtown), but instead the is one selling random stuff. Some spa services did not function (steamsauna) and it needs a renovation soon. I did not use one there, but a very good quality beauty parlour/spa would be much appreciated on the spot.

The staff was very kind. They made a big effort to celebrate my daughter's birthday during our stay with lovely cake and happy birthday song, sang by the staff. I felt that they really cared about the customer. Thank you so much!

There were mosquitos in the room and we were suffering from the bites so that I must call the operator at 2am in the moring to send someone to come with mosquito spray. Thanks for the quick help but I was not pleeasant at all.. It needs some improvement. Also, drainage system of the shower was not good so that the water was coming inside the room.

Everything as usual. This isn’t my first time at the hotel, but the most beautiful thing about the property really is the staff. Especially front desk and reception. Nermine gave us an exceptional service, made exceptions for us and made sure our stay was remarkable! Thank you beautiful Nermine for the amazing hospitality.

Really great kitchen. Food was excellent. Also the cocktails at the bar were very tasty. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was very spacious and modern. Really nice pool and lagoon with huge sunbeds.

They could play more different styles of music. But the volume was good and not too loud. There should be signs next to the sun loungers saying "Do not disturb" so that you have more privacy if you don't want to be disturbed.We have seen this at another Hotel and thought this is nice when you want to have a bit more privacy.

First of all, the atmosphere of the place was amazing. The food was quite tasty, the pool was great. Moreover, the wifi connection was working very well in the room and i guess it will be enough for working there. Finally I would love to thank the staff since they were helpful and the reception were very cheerful and professional. I’m sure we will come again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting El gouna soon.

The location is a bit far and you need transportation evertime you want to go out

I booked non refundable room using booking.com for the same dates of el gouna film festival but unfortunately the festival was postponed and the room prices were reduced after my booking but the hotel didn’t accept my request to compensate the difference. The offered to change the booking to refundable for the second and third nights.
