Beach is perfect. Bar staff are so kindly and good. Clean and animation team is good. Nights shows are perfect.

The food was not so good lack of diversity. I reserved all inclusive but Turkish coffee was not included I paid for it . Also some hard drink coktels I pay for . Heniken not included !. Elite coktel not included. but beach bar closed early at 5 pm while sunset is 8 pm also beach close at 6:40 pm but sunset is 8 !!. Pool is small. Night shows songs all are for Russian kids and animation team ignored that there are Arabs kids not enjoyed even one song!.

Staff are very helpful and do their best to make your vacation good. Cleanliness of rooms is good but furniture and amenities are old. The beach is very good for swimming. Food is acceptable, there is variety but taste not always good. When we faced problems with AC and bathroom, they fixed it quickly and offered to give us another room but we didn’t move as problems was already fixed. Overall, good value for money.

Cleanliness of bathrooms in reception area, and water supply was broken in one of them. Towels are a little old, especially beach towels. Furniture needs renovation. Food quality needs to be improved.

There was free food available 24/7. The room was extremely spacious, clean and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel was close to restaurants and supermarkets. Wael was very pleasant, he helped us with our luggages and talked us through everything. There were English channels on the TV. The beach was beautiful.

Some elevators were not functioning. Different food varieties but not that tasty. No hot water in my room until the last day. No luggage carts. Wifi only available in the Lobby.

Staff really helpful. Clean rooms and lobby. Sea activities were really fun specially animation team. Bars everywhere. Price is very affordable. Resort location is very close to many stores and other attractions specially the touristic road. Sea sand wasn't rocky. Overall it was a very nice stay that 100% met our expectations.

Food variety is limited and repeated each day (except for dinner). Room furniture is old. Pool is very small. No wifi internet in the Lobby.

My stay was awesome, the rooms were super comfy and clean. The beach right there was amazing. Room service was nice, The staff were all nice and helpful. Plus, the hotel's spot is perfect, right in the center of the city. It was just a great place to stay, which made my trip even better.

The breakfast was decent but didn't meet our expectations, the pizza we ordered was undercooked, and the Alfredo pasta didn't match its menu description or taste. Also, the hotel's tours were more expensive than other options.

This is my second stay in the hotel every thing is excellent starting the reception stuff check in was easy and fast tank Me. Kaled and the amazing Mr. yasser who made our stay more comfortable because of him we extended our stay for one more day zain from house keeping organized our room miss every day food is tasty needs some more variety tast is very good room is good and big me and my wife with 3 kids were very comfort in the room the most beautiful thing was the animation team they do their best to keep us busy and happy many activities during the day on the beach and then comes the amazing show in the evening thanks islam, medan, katie, vika, mohamed DG and special thanks to asmma who made our holiday sure we will be back

Everything (the staff, the beach, the meals) was excellent. Everyone I met was very friendly. The hotel has a nice beach where you can relax, swim or join various activities. The meals were abundant and tasted great. One day, I joined a tour for Luxor which left very early (4 AM) in the morning. When I was waiting the tour, I was handed prepacked breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. Honestly, I am looking forward to go back there soon.

The room was a bit outdated and can be improved. However, it was clean all the time.

Overall good value for money and stuff was friendly and helpful.

I tried pasta one time it was really bad In all bars there's only cola or sprite nothing other If I asked for Fanta or tonic or anything from menuo they don't have and this really so bad Snacks only at beach there's no Snacks in resaption
