Pool closed at 6pm. No alcohol served in hotel- this was not made clear before I booked. But 4 Seasons across the road is easy to walk to

Very good location and great views of the Nile. Gym very good and always very quiet. Nubian restaurant served good food.

My booking was cancelled by hotel when I was on flight - they tried to take payment before I checked in and my card security declined paymemt. All happed while on flight so nothing I could do. No help at reception and just had to rebook via Booking.com - saved $100 but could have meant I had no where to stay.

The room was spacious, the Nile view is so great, the elevator was so fast and the breakfast is delicious.

The toilet in the room is so obsolete and need to be reinnovated totally and the plumbing need to be fix.

All staff at the front desk, house keeping, room service, and facilities, are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. The room view was so exceptional Check in and check out process was smooth.

The view from the Nile view room was beautiful; when the smog cleared you could glimpse the Pyramids of Giza and Abu Sir in the distance. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet the best I have ever experienced, with an amazing array to choose from. The pool area is clean and well-kept, with the water being a comfortable temperature for swimming even in December. The room was very clean and both it and the bathroom were of a good size.

While the pool is open to all, the spa facilities are gender segregated with separate facilities for men and women. This wasn't mentioned as far as I can see on the hotel website, and caused us a moment of confusion. The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but was otherwise comfortable.

Great variety of breakfast buffet. Amazing shower/bath. Souvenir shop, cinema and shops in the hotel was great as you cannot walk anywhere to get things. Good variety of restaurants. 24 hour room service.

A few items missed during room service a couple of times. Hotel room cards stopped working a few times. A lot of items listed on the menu (pool menu) were not actually available which then didn’t leave a lot to choose from. Only one universal(UK) plug in the room. Hotel taxis are too expensive - USE UBER! The location wasn’t great in the sense, there are no shops/restaurants around. You’d have to take a taxi to a hotel restaurant.

the staff are freindly behaveier.. thd view ard excellent the room is claen and big enough gave me good toure for pyramids and the egypt village. feeling good insidet he hotel.. there is no alkhol and very save

some facilities are old like chair on balakon the carbet have to change some ekectric tols are not working .. swiming pool shoul also open in the night at least upto 12 midle night

The location is excellent - on the Nile. It is a grand hotel and stands out for miles around. It hold its own status within the skylines and surrounded by the likes of the Four Seasons, the Hilton and Sofitel. It is a busy hotel with lots of guests coming and going. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a wide selection of fresh food provided on a daily basis. The breakfast staff were kind and accommodating. Two of the managers, Mohammed Farouk and Hamid really stood out to us ( we thought they were twins at first). They were tentative and polite and knowledgeable about they area. It is clear that the staff are very proud of their hotel and ensure that guests are made to feel welcome and comfortable. In addition, it was good that the hotel is alcohol free. We also saw that the hotel caters for weddings and it was nice to see a few happy couples celebrating with their families at the hotel.

The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. There could be more complementary facilities for guests who are staying at the hotel , who can access them for free or at a discounted rate. We were a family of 6 who stayed for 7 nights and become a bit bored towards the end. The food served at the several restaurants was also quite expensive.

One of the best hotel for me in terms of staff and location This is the second time for me in Two months only and I will be back soon again I was staying in 2741 and I would like to thanks first Yousuf from the reception who checked me in Mahmoud HK of the floor and the girl with him sorry didn’t picked the name. Hussien the HK supervisor who looked after us. The great one in the resturant which I forgot his name sorry who gives us the dessert.

Please take care about the staff in terms of enjoying the work , am coming from the hospitality background and I love to see the staff laughing and enjoying the work with the guests. Let the team feel it’s home and they should take care about their guests and their assets too. The team looks stressed and I can see that easily and I understood this is because the new year preparation and the hotel was full.

Suite was amazing overlooking the Nile. Staff were very friendly and eager to please. Food in Nubian Village Restaurant was wonderful.

Room service food. Very expensive and inedible. I ordered room service on 5 occasions, and each time meal tastes very bad. On one occasion the veal seemed to have gone bad. Such a different experience from my meals at Nubian Village, which were superb.
