Hampton by Hilton Cali

The staff were extraordinary, from the friendly welcome at check-in and check-out, to a special treat (a cupcake) to thank me as a Hilton Honors gold member, to attentive service in the very good restaurant. It's clear that this group of Hampton by Hilton franchises (Metro Hotels) provides extra training in customer service, and it was memorable. The hotel is quite new; I had a spacious and comfortable room. I liked the unusual configuration, with reception on the top floor with the restaurant and 24-hour snack bar. Breakfast in the restaurant was good; there's a terrace with good views of the city. The location is convenient, facing parkland along the Cali River; it's walkable to the Centro and the San Antonio and Granada areas where restaurants and nightlife are concentrated. In all, a great value.

No concerns in my three-night stay. Again, I recommend this place highly, and will look out for other Hamptons operated by Metro Hotels if I'm back in Colombia and adjoining countries.

I loved the breakfast!! A lot of options to choose from, and fresh fruit as well. The coffee machine was complete as well. The beds are comfortable, and even if the room was small, we did fit well there. The location is great, you are close to the main tourist locations and the zone is secure, so you can walk around. They allowed us to keep our baggage as well as our car in the parking

They offer free parking, but when I tried to contact them to reserve, they said that you could leave the car with no problem, but they can't save any space for you, so it is your own risk if you get there there's no space free. That was pretty annoying to me, as one of the reasons I chose this hotel, was the parking as we were travelling by car, and found that if you don't find a free spot at the parking, sorry, you will have to find any solution by yourself.

The rooms were spacious. Clean. And comfortable with air conditioning. With spaces for work in the room or in the lobby. Staff was very kind and looking to help anything needed. Breakfast was awesome.

They should be more careful with the salads because they gave me a piece of lettuce that was not well washed and had an insect on it. I recommend that tables in the lobby or food consumption area be isolated from sunlight. For example with a 3M film or similar.

The breakfast was very good. Fresh and delicious. The location was Ok, but as is the same with any big city in the world you always need to be aware of your surroundings. Especially late at night. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Nice, have self controlled thermostat in your room.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Staff was bilingual and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

For the price.. which was less than 50usd a night... it was really good experience. Breakfast was decent.. not amazing.. but value Hotel had a Small bar, good size dinning area Hotel had a main balcony which u could get a good view of Cali and the river Rooms were clean, beds were decent, bathrooms were good Dnt be afraid to book this 1

Location is very near cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, museums. Reception was helpful for anything we needed. Rooms are a nice size, beds comfortable, shower is great. We asked for quiet rooms and we got them. Breakfast was good, lots of fruit variety. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We arrive at late in the night and parking was closed. We resolve the situation, but we have to wait on street until personnel open the gate and was 1:00 am.

Staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating.

shuttle service. We asked three times about the shuttle service to the airport and were assured that it would be no problem each time. When we attempted to use the service there was no shuttle service, making it necessary for us to obtain our own taxi service.

Breakfast was fresh and readily available. Access to silverware awkward. Staff is not only friendly but super helpful and ready to solve needs. Rooms are quiet, spacious and very clean

Limited fresh snacks after office hours.

New, comfortable and great location with a nice view from the restaurant and the room.

Floor and race Towels we're lacking in the room. Steak ordered for dinner was awful and had to be returned.
