Aqua Granada Hotel

the breakfast was fine but the service was horrible, they don't have much staff service and we had to wait a long time for the order to be even taken (there weren't many other people there, the one day, we were the only other table there) They forgot my husbands food because they don't write anything down and then were rude when we confronted them and said it was our fault and we didn't order it.

it was a quiet location, the patios were nice and I love the room lay out. We traveled with our young son so the room was partitioned off and he could sleep and we had a separate area to still watch tv without him being too noisy about it.

The property was lovely! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The balcony was also very clean and provided an amazing view. The rooftop is a wonderful place to wind down any day of the week. This is definitely a great place for me to have experienced my first visit to Columbia. Thank you to everyone that assisted me during my four-night stay!

This hotel is one of the few, that were able to keep the level of service and quality during and after covid. Facilities (kitchenette, rooftop, backyard) area great additional plus. Staff is very friendly, however needs clear instructions of expectations. Breakfast choices are great an delivered to your room.

Very nice, nice people, nice location. Very private also, we really liked the place and the surroundings.

That the terrace, one of the attractions of the hotel, wasn't working properly. Or it was just the jacuzzi, there was no bar working, they were not taking advantage of that space. And when we used the jacuzzi, it was not warm. They had us waiting for it to be ready (warm) but it wasn't anyways.

Breakfast, staff especially Juan Temelo who helped with things even outside of his work. Cleanliness. Also close by to a bunch of tasty restaurants.

The place was awesome and the staff made it more so. Juan Tamelo is such a kind soul and very resourceful and speaks fluent English. All of them worked with high professionalism. The rooms were well-maintained and the cleaner did a great job as well and was very sweet. The breakfast is amazing!! And always consistent. I would have given this hotel a 10 star for staff and food but the internet connection was a bit slow and cut out in the rain, but I guess that's a city wide problem. Other than 10 stars!! Thank you very much for all the staff and great work!! If we come back we would definitely come back to this hotel and we would recommend it to others!

My favorite part was the terrace because of its view. the room was okay. Parking space was a bit crowded. Staff was nice. Breakfast could be better.

I expected the terrace to have an actual bar, well at least on one of the pictures they show a cocktail (which makes you think). They have a base of a “bar” but not an actual working one. the view was nice.

Staff is very helpful and with a little Spanish even more. I like to concept of this small hotel, the rooms are not spacious but the set up is very practical with the separation of kitchenette. Breakfast selection with different options is very good.

The bed is a bit overused and the I had to ask to have a kitchenette that can be used. The hotel can be at times noisy due to other guests and the neighborhood.

the breakfast fruit was very fresh and I really enjoyed the hospitality. In these covid times they helped me schedule my appointment to get my test for my flight at the airport and translated everything when they didn't have to. They even spoke really good English

the street is loud and you can hear the cars from the hotel but its as expected for being in the middle of a busy city. Another thing is the tv had issues as they didnt have enough new boxes to be able to watch tv.

It’s closeness to a variety of night life in cali plus excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Besides, Daniel the concierge was really good and professional with all my inquires

I loved the breakfast, 5 starts to the chef! The room was extremely comfortable, the small balcony our room had was perfect.

The hot tub didn't have hot water so just a tub and the sauna doesn't work completamente.
