Wyndham Bogota

Courteous staff - very clean and tidy, modern but comfortable. Shuttle / taxi service was outstanding - very appreciative of Freddy (taxi) and our airport shuttle. Price was very reasonable - quality of the rooms was great.

Wifi was too slow for business purposes. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices, but somehow we felt we were missing something from the menu (but we couldn't figure out what we wanted). Some items seemed to have sat too long in the heating dish (example, pancakes were crunchy / crusty - not soft and fresh). Lots of road noise - but not at fault of the property - just something to consider.

The view of the mountains from room 595 was amazing, the bed and shower were both huge. Temperature was easy to change in the room. The bars and restaurants connected on the ground floor of the hotel were convenient, and having cashpoints within the grounds felt very safe too.

I wasn't told what floor I was on or how to operate the lift with the key card. The mini fridge was quite noisy but I wasn't sure if I was allowed to switch it off when not in use. I didn't have a 'Do Not Disturb' hanger to put on the door so I was woken up early after a late night.

I feel very well in your hotel and this for the nice rooms with a good landscape view but also for your employees that all are very kind and always available ..at the desk at the restaurant at taxi desk at first floor and very like also the persons that follow the housekeeping and service room. At the restaurant the cooker is very very good !!! Hotel is close to the center commercial and restaurant in an area very quite. I will back with pleasure . thanks a lot to everybody for your kindness and efficiency Mauro Parrinello

The only little thing is that is not possible order a Cubalibre after 10 pm eh eh .

Our stay was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Its about a 15 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport in a very safe location a block away from the US embassy and other government buildings. It is also about a 15 minute walk from the mall. The ground floor provided different food and drink options which is very convenient if you arrive after a long travel day. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and always with a smile. I plan to be back soon and will be staying here again.

The staff is ultra super duper nice and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Vanessa, Juan, the bartender (I don't remember his name), the housekeeper Zuleima, the security staff, the taxi drivers Mr. Alberto and Mr. Eduardo. Every single one of them gives excepcional treatment and are incredibly helpful and resourceful. They know the city like the back of their hand and confidently recommend just what you need. Every interaction with them was memorable. I'm super grateful to have such a great team working nonstop and always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is in a very centric location. You can walk everywhere from there. Malls, restaurants, pharmacies and parks are within walking distance. There's plenty of choices to eat in the building. There's also a gym.

I had the privilege of staying at Wyndham Bogota for more than a month, and so I feel confident that I got to know this hotel pretty well. Overall, I totally recommend! The staff was great - friendly, welcoming and professional. I would like to mention in particular an excellent worker named Jessica who's always been attentive and helpful in everything. The room(s) in which I stayed was perfectly cleaned and the views were amazing. Excellent hotel!

Airport shuttle was very convenient, price was good for the accommodations, lots of restaurants located on site

We arrived early and would be leaving very early the next morning (5am) so we asked if we could have our included breakfast when we arrived. The front desk agent instead said they could pack us a breakfast for the following morning which we agreed to. The packed "breakfast" included a dry ham sandwich, chicken-flavoured chips and an apple.... Although a nice gesture, it was far different than what would have been offered onsite for breakfast or what would be expected from a Wyndham. We recommend to allow arrival guests to enjoy the breakfast the previous day, or be more upfront about what that packed "breakfast" entails.

The room was spacious, the hotel had various restaurants on the first floor, the breakfast buffet was great and the cleaning and buffet staff was attentive.The view and neighborhood was pretty.

I stayed on the fifth floor and almost every morning I could hear a church or a sales person with a megaphone. The suite is not noise cancelling. The suite balcony is locked, you have to ask for hotel security to open it. The bed was hard.

great location, awesome breakfast, nice facilities

The staff at reception and cleaning. I stayed for two days and I paid an extra charge to have one more person with us, because I was never allowed to reserve for 3. I needed an extra towel and never received it. I had to ask the cleaning person who was in the hall to give me a towel and the person asked me why. I had to explain that I paid for one extra towel to finally get the towel. I have never been treated like that before in a hotel. not even in a one star hotel.

One of favorite hotel stay in Colombia. The staff are always friendly and respectful. The alway go above and beyond to take good care of guest. A very secure hotel, great food and breakfast, huge fitness center, restaurants and shopping and the Mall is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel provide free shuttle to from the airport.

Just a few minor issues. The private taxi driver outside the hotel sometimes try to charge you more for their services. They will charge you than you suppose to pay.
