Cleanliness, room, service.

There is not enough people to answer the phone at the reception. I called many times beforehand. There is no external sign at the entrance of the hotel. We thought we were entering a residential area. However once we entered, the facilities, the room, the restaurant, and the service was good as well. The AR SPA is not included in the hotel services. You need to pay separately.. We had chosen the hotel because of the spa, so we paid an extra amount (very expensive), however the spa was not great. It is dark, as it is in the basement, it is noisy, you can only use it for 1.5 hours and you cannot really relax. The "Ayurvedic" massage was not a real an Ayurvedic massage. I was really disappointed with the SPA. The rest of the hotel services was great.

I liked everything on this hotel. The staff was totally wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff there in the resturant was one of a kind. It was live music in the bar in the entrance. Good location concerning to the shoppingcenters. Not so far away from the Park, and the airport. Really nice hotel. I will be there again, believe me 😉

The driver from the hotel, some guy who didnt understood what the girl in the lobby said, drove me to wrong place and charged me 3 times more than the yellow taxi did for the same trip ☹️

Breakfast was good with ample options to choose from. Rooms were spacious and clean. Close to the airport and shoutout to the reception for letting us know that we should take the airport shuttle earlier as there was more traffic than usual that day. The spa is a must-visit, I've been to many spas around the world and this one is definitely at the top. I wish I had enough time to try the hydric circuit sauna, but that's a good excuse to stay here again.

We stayed in other hotels during our stay in Bogota, so we really noticed the difference in customer service. The customer service at the DoubleTree was okay. It seemed they did their job because they *had* to, not really because they liked it. The only exception was the restaurant and spa staff. 10/10 for them!

The room was very comfortable and nicely kept up. Cleaned every day and change of towels daily. The location is jus rigth not too far from the airport and not too far from the main attractions. Staff is excelent.

I did not like the fact that the A/C turns on and off every 3/5 minutes. Tried to change the setting and it was not possible. The turning on anf off of the A?C all night was bothersome. Only 1 elevator seemed to be working most of the time.

I travel to Colombia 2 to 3 times a year, and over the last four years I have stayed at this hotel for many reasons. 1. You have the most outstanding Breakfast I've had in a hotel. 2. the cooks remember you & what you, so once they see that you've return, they prepare your food at once with you not having to tell them.

To be honest the last time I arrived a couple hours early I was not allowed to check in till 3PM, I have stay at another hotel that would aloud one to check in early...

Was nice little far from Centre but close to a shopping Centre close enough to walk to

Is not a 5 star hotel maybe a 3.5 max 4 star lack of mini bar no ribe in bathroom no soap or shampoo like normal 5 star hotels and furniture needs an upgrade renewal not a 5 star hotel

The staff here are so lovely! They really take the best care of you and are really friendly and chatty. I travel with my little dog and they were so sweet and friendly with him and provided him with his own little bed and bowls. This is my second stay here and I'll definitely stay here every time I fly in and out of Bogotá.

I honestly couldn't fault my stay.

The shower room is spacious and very comfortable. The room itself was big enough and suited out needs for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious! Staff was great and very caring.

TV remote control was not working well so it was a bit unfortunate that we couldn't relax watching TV. Staff were amazing in dealing with the situation and helping to sort it out.

The location is wonderful is close to the mall and the police station. I would like to congratulate a young man who assisted us in the restaurant area, he was very kind and helpful. Thanks. Pet friendly

There was no area for kids, like a park or library or any social kid friendly area

The location is amazing! the food is excellent! Most of the staff are super nice and always welcome to help you. for our 6 days stay we had an amazing room with a spectacular view of Bogota.

one of the servers (lady) on our first breakfast. she was super rude. in one of the rooms we requested more towels and coffee but never gotten that was for the 1 night reservation. also in the bathroom of that room the water comes out of the shower.
