Why do staff always have to congregate around the room and talk so so loud int he early morning?????

Amazing decor, friendly and helpful staff, lots of communal areas. Restaurant downstairs with lots of options for different cuisines including vegetarian options. Fantastic shower - really hot and great pressure.

The room was very cold especially at night. There was a heater provided but it didn't help much. Please provide more blankets. It was also extremely noisy in the room and we could hear everything including music from downstairs and all the traffic outside. They did provide ear plugs but it was not ideal. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Please provide a shower mat otherwise everything just gets wet when you get out the shower.

Great location and service, the building is very pretty as described in other reviews. It is a bit more expensive than other hostels but the service covers it. You receive a welcome cocktail the night of arrival and we had a problem with electricity in our room so we were offered breakfast for free. The staff recommends you places and tells you where and how to go to be safe at night.

The building is old and therefore noisy. Some people were very loud in the very early morning when leaving or calling, we know this is a hostel but it would be nice if there would be a policy to respect a little bit quiet hours when possible .

The staff are super helpful and nothing is any trouble. The hostel is big, with lots of different areas to either be in the thick of it or to chill out on your own. The bar is substantial and the restaurant food is cheap, varied and delicious. The beds are comfy, the rooms all have key access with metal lockers. The rest rooms are all clean and there's a lot of them. Great showers with hot water and complimentary shower products. When the bar closes you can buy beer out of the Reception fridge. I was also late for breakfast but the chef was so accommodating, he cooked breakfast for me when it was a lunch menu. The place is secure with CCTV throughout and security staff which made it feel safe for a solo female traveller.

The interior design is very nice, the location is great and the people behind the desk are very kind and eager to help. This also speak English. The room looks nice, clean and cosy. Had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

The room did not have windows. The hostel is quite noisy and you can hear the music from the bar very well in the room. The pool table was lopsided which made it not possible to play.

The rooms are nice, trendy and well equipped. The common rooms look super and allow for meeting new people easily. It's situated in the heart of Candelaria, with all sightseeing on walking distance. The beds are great too.

The price was steep for a hostel. I had private rooms and extended via this platform while it was probably cheaper to arrange it there.

Really cool old building and the room was very nice. The restaurant has good food and friendly staff (Enrique was the best!). I would definitely book again if we ever go back to bogota

the massage for two was not so good but that was outsourced I guess. we read in other reviews that the rooms are very noisy and we have experienced that is true however it is a hostel so it did not bother us and I think helps to be aware of it beforehand.

Comfortable bed and quiet environment, bar and facilities are beautiful. I stayed in the micro, but in the newer building, but it was spacious enough for all my stuff and a very big bed. Salsa classes and music in the evenings so you can hang out and meet people. Breakfast was fantastic.

Would be helpful to have an internal door for the toilet in the bathroom, so you can use the sinks and showers even if someone is using the toilet.

Very nice and beautifully decorated hotel

The suites are right above the bar and the speakers are supported on the same old wooden planks that form your bedroom floor, the suite will give you the worst experience. We had a few acceptable nights where provided earplugs made sleeping possible. But the last night our room was literally shaking (from the music)

Very cool building with amazing decor. Really cool spot to stay. Location was so central and perfect. We enjoyed our welcome drink and live music in the bar.

We got a private room but at times it felt like the people next to us were in the room with us as the walls must be super thin we could hear everything. Was also very noisy at night from the street sounds.
