Hotel Rosales Plaza

The location is some distance from the centre but you can get a taxi there which is quite inexpensive. The gym is somewhat basic with a couple of treadmills and one bike. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. Staff were very helpful at all times and brought up things when requested.

Staff had limited understanding of English so it was hard to tell them that i wanted a veggie omelette for breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, and included enough options for a vegetarian/ someone lactose intolerant. There's an excellent vegan restaurant down the street called Elektra Punk&Food, and we felt safe walking between here and the busy nightlife in Chapinero. Mojitos at the hotel bar were very good. Of the three places we stayed in Colombia, this was the easiest to communicate if you only have a little Spanish, and the staff was super patient and friendly.

There was a bit of a communication issue and we were fairly certain we were told breakfast was included when we checked in but then we were charged for it. Nothing too bad though only $6 but still was confusing. We also scheduled a shuttle pick up but again a communication issue and they had the wrong time scheduled.

Super friendly and helpful reception staff, also spoke good English. Breakfast was pretty good, though better options abound within a two-block radius. Rooms were nice and large, great shower pressure. It got cold, and the front desk provided a portable space heater.

Ventilation is only OK; with the windows open there's a lot of street noise, but with them closed the room can get stuffy.

Good location in a quiet area - lots of excellent restaurants & supermarket nearby. Hotel breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. Staff attentive and spoke English at reception. Room was really nice and spacious.

the staff was wonderful.

i arrived at 5 pm and the suite I booked was not available. they put me in their smallest cheapest room after charging me for the most expensive room. after much conversation, they put me in a suite that had most but did not have all the amenities, and did not adjust the price.

Soundproof windows (exceptional in Bogotá, important for us, as we like to sleep in). Spacious room, spacious bed, safe deposit box existent, table, chairs, closet. Good value for money. The rooms to the rear have better view and more light.

Location Zona G: Restaurants close very early in the evening. Really dead at night. (Zona rosa, in contrast, is much more lively and longer in the evening.)

Nice location, good breakfast, nice views and everything was very clean. Friendly reception staff

Everything was great. They had some maintenance on their water supply, so we did not have water for some hours. Understandble, but it was a bit inconvenient to not be able to shower in the evening.

Good value for the money, great reception, dining, bar and housekeeping staff. All were very pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient, room and bed itself were comfortable and the hotel has a good breakfast.

the hotel was really nice, location very good and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. a bit further to the city centre but all reachable by Uber/ taxi. room was very spacious, super clean & the staff were very helpful.
