Everything. Staff is lovely. Food was excellent at 58• grill and at Zest. Hospitality was wonderful. Christmas decor was beautiful.
One thing- at the spa. Someone (they said inspectors) barged into massage room, loud talking! Rude! Startled me, even tho masseuse jumped up and made them step back out- it sorta ruined the atmosphere and I certainly didn’t relax. It was a wasted time for me. Very disappointed.

Diner buffet was a little bit disappointing, no so many healthy options.

The staff were ultra friendly and accommodating! They had not only provided a cot for our little boy, but also baby proofed the whole room and left a tasty cake for our anniversary. The room, food and facilities were exceptional. We will recommend this hotel to everyone!
