The location is really great and the view from the bedroom amazing. I loved the breakfast which is really suitable and very varied and the dining room offers a pleasant view in the morning. In the same tower, you also have access to the bar which is located on the top floors and in the evening, you can treat yourself to a pleasant moment and contemplate Shanghai by night. the gym is well equipped and the sauna gave me a very pleasant break.
It's a bit of a shame that the metro is a bit of a walk away and you have to use the foot bridges to get there. In rainy weather it is moderately pleasant. The other side, a little less positive, is the standardized side, but at least you are sure to find the expected comfort. This is the second time I've been there and probably not the last.

Exellent location, great view to the CBD area of Shanghai- Lujiazui. Walking distance to Shanghai Center and Financial Center. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall value of money is quite good with this location.
The decoration is aging, renovation is in need. Breakfast is to be improved, overall below 5 star level, quality of coffee is unacceptable, the view of restaurant is great though.

No choice of food for Muslim. I am a muslim and selection of food was very difficult. I have to go out for food or get a delivery. But one of the guy has no idea how to get a muslim food to be delivered to me. Therefore I ordered fish n chips from the hotel but the food was terrible. And no tar tar sauce given. But the fish itself was very low quality. Apart from the food, everything else is excellent. But the room I stayed has some weird sound like flushing of the toilet bowl and also from the building structure. Maybe the sound of the building structure contracting and expanding due to the weather.

AC made some noise one day at 5am for about 5 minutes. Luckily it ended soon after. Some noisy neighbours one weekend night too. But overall very satisfying stay.

The check in process was really bad organised, it took us over 2 hours to get the room, we were herded from one place to another. Really not up to the standards of what a Grand Hyatt experience should be.
