Location, outdoor access to water, shops, restaurants. Loved outdoor fire on deck. Comfortable, clean bed.

Railings loose at top deck. A bit warm in cabin - no air conditioning fan helped. If it was my business I would make sure top deck and outside is pressure washed and place nice flowers pots at each cabin

not much pressure in the shower to take a full hot relaxing shower before going to bed

Internet was very slow when using it for work.

1) The originality of the concept. 2) The information concerning our arrival was sent by email (but at the last minute). 3) The access is easy and the parking is free and only a few steps away. 4) The view is amazing and you can not be closer to water unless you fall into it which is very possible; I would never go there with young children. 5) There are quite a few restaurants nearby. 6) We asked for a quiet unit and we ended up with no neighbors. 7) There is a coffee machine with a few treats like whole grain bars and bottles of water.

1) I got the information for our arrival by email but the wrong ''access code'' was given to us so we ended up trying, over and over again to get in without success and finally we had to call the information number to get the right code with apologies. 2) The fridge was ''flooded'' with water because it is not being defrosted on a regular basis. 3) The fireplace was emptied of propane and we did not want to ''guess'' how to refill it so we could not use it. 4) The bed is set up as if you are sleeping ""in a box'' with only one side opened and it is very high. 5) Watching television was very unpleasant as it had to reload the movie every 30 seconds or 2 minutes or 15 minutes. 6) The water system makes a very loud noise each time it is being used. 7) Overall the property is fairly cleaned but not spotless; lots of rust can be seen outside, the outdoor roof is dirty and there are lots of cobwebs. 8) The terrace is small with big furniture, covered with beanbags that are not really comfortable; also there are no protective ramps and to go to the top deck, you are are climbing more a ladder than climbing stairs. 9) In the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose and the mirror was too high. 10) Overall it gives the impression that no one really verifies from one rental to the next what is OK and what is not; the cleaning is done minimally but for sure a checklist is not being used. Too bad!
