Travelodge by Wyndham Rigaud

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff, good-sized room, lots of lovely hot water and a bath, adequate breakfast, although a little uninspired regarding content, huge parking area, close to town but enough outside it not to be noisy

Heating/AC unit under window - the fan could not be turned off and even on the lowest speed it constantly blew the curtains open, so you got the outside lights shining in, plus it really bothered my sinuses; hard to control heat - unit had switched back to cool from heat for some reason in the morning; rather noisy plumbing

We stayed as a stopover during our road trip. Excellent breakfast, nice variety. Seemed newly renovated. The room we stayed was bright and spotless. Very comfortable bed and pillows. An iron and ironing board were stored into the room

Parking lot needs some tending. No elevator to the second floor.

One of the girls who works there , Cassandra, is amazing with the guests. She made our stay so welcoming.

There could have been a bit more selection at breakfast. Maybe a choice of fresh pastries or waffle machine, or bagels. Just a few more choices

Clean, staff friendly, good breakfast

The base of entrance way is higher than the rest of the floor, you have step over it to go in and out of the room. All four of us tripped on it several times as it’s hard to see it due to inadequate lighting. It’s fall hazard.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff helpful and lady who checked us in very efficient. Breakfast adequate if uninspired. Lots of choice. Liked the fact that a plug was provided in the bathroom as we like a bath and it was very comfortable. Massive amount of parking.

Plumbing very noisy as was hotel in general. Need more sound insulation vs the noise in the corridor. They need a new supplier for their soap - absolutely hopeless to lather!

Staff at this hotel were wonderful. We checked in late and they were cheerful and helpful. We were offered the breakfast option that night so we wouldn’t have to get up early - much appreciated!

I used the bathroom first - it flushed but then nothing. Realized that the valve under the toilet was shut off. Turned it on then the tank filled - great! But then it didn’t stop!! The float was misaligned so my husband aligned it. Problem solved - overall we had a pleasant stay.

We always had a great experience at this Travelodge Wyndham. We especially love the fact that it is a family and pet friendly.

We like everything about this place, however, it was a muddy time of the year so we felt bad about leaving foot prints on their clean carpet.

Upon arrival we asked for room service for the next day but it was not done. However, we got a change of towels when requested. Room service was well done the next day.

Friendly staff, convenient location for first night on the way from the airport towards Ottawa. It is good, clean, basic accommodation with breakfast

Friendly staff (reception and breakfast), clean room, nice décor. Room on main floor so no need to take stairs or elevator with luggage. Free parking.

Breakfast could have been better with scrambles eggs and or omelet, bacon and sausage. The breakfast attendant was very nice.
