The beds , bedding , appliances , cleanliness were excellent

The bathroom had no towel hooks or counter to put toiletries. It would be nice to have a hand shower . There was nowhere to hang up coats in the front hallway like coat hooks . Better information about parking in the area would have been helpful too . Maybe a Map of nearby parking. It would also be nice to have easier access to news channels on the TV and a Bluetooth speaker would have been nice as well

The location was amazing! The property was modern and quiet. The staff at Sonder were super responsive and helpful when I requested a pack n’ play and high chair.

Maintenance is needed, specifically in the bathroom. The towel rack was broken and towels would fall on the floor, the toilet slid around the floor when you sat on it, door handles were loose, and the lower part of the walls were covered in scuff marks and scrapes which made it look dirty. The suite is a lot smaller than expected. It was a tight fit for a family of 3 and we ended up putting the pack n’ play in the closet. There’s not a lot of room for this, but a small table and chairs would have been nice to have for eating/prepping meals.

So much to love!: a huge comfortable bed, high ceilings and big bright windows, everything was very clean, the dishwasher and washer and dryer were super convenient, we got the top floor with a beautiful view of old Montreal, check in and check out were easy and effortless, kitchen had everything we needed, the record player was a cute touch and the location was amazing. I loved how it didn't feel like an airbnb where we were expected to clean up after ourselves. A perfect blend of studio apartment meets hotel room. Absolutely amazing stay.

The bedding was a little but scratchy but not enough to be bothersome.

Great location since we wanted to stay in Old Montreal. Lots of places to walk to and wander around. It is great that it's a bilingual city. Our friends (from Missouri, USA) had never been to Montreal so it was a great experience for them. The architecture and art is truly amazing. They will come back! We will of course (Hudson, NY). Despite the forecast being on the rainy side, it only sprinkled, and we were able to get undercover in the "underground city". Subway was also easy to use and clean.

It would have been nice to be able to get a map of the city. For tourists like us, it was difficult getting one. Finally able to obtain one at a kiosk in Complexe Desjardins (shopping mall) on our 2nd day there.

Excellent location, good size with decent laundry and kitchen facilities. Well stocked bathroom supplies.

Coat hooks at entrance hall and chest of drawers in bedrooms would have improved the space. Needed more kitchen cleaning cloths and dish towels. Bath screen hindered easy access to taps and anti-slip bath mat required. Oven needed a second rack and baking tray. No heating heating control provided. Building door code should be different from apartment door code.

Well equipped, huge comfy beds, toiletries provided, good shower, big towels, security, great location

A bit soulless, starkly furnished, expensive, wasn't clear all apartments have sofa bed so we could have downgraded and saved quite a bit of money. Sonder don't respond to messaged, just calls. Windows are huge and need a serious clean!

The location was ideal for us. The space was comfortable. We arrived early and an employee, Rana, happened to be going to the building and assisted us in checking in early, which we appreciated.

There were no staff onsite, that we saw, to make sure that the mask policy in communal areas was observed. We were the only ones we saw wearing masks in the elevator. There weren’t any signs, that we saw, to show that a mask policy was in effect, and the hand sanitizer at the door was empty. We wondered if the protocol had changed and the website needed updating?

It's like being at home. You have absolutely everything you need (except toothpaste and toothbrush). I contacted the helpdesk in order to explain how the thermostat works and they were super friendly and tried to understand my issue. I really recommend Sonder.

It can be difficult for people who are not familiar with technology since all service is from the app. I didn't know how to use the thermostat and it was a little bit difficult to explain my issue by text message. It would be easier with a real human interaction.

Location was excellent. Very quiet despite being close to a man street. Other guests were very quiet and respectful. Bed was very comfortable. Bonus points for having laundry facilities and dishwasher.

Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping. Could use hooks or extra bars for hanging towels and clothes in bathroom and bedroom closet.

We were relocated to Sonder Penny Lane due to a flood at Sonder Le Victoria. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Great location and easily walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and downtown.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, with only a thin mattress. The neighborhood was quite loud in the evening but the room came supplied with ear plugs and a white noise machine. Bathroom sink didn't drain well
